I had to use the noose since while being stretched like that all the blood leaves the tip and the comfort strap does not hold at all, just instant slip. I dont count wed as any exercises cause it was mainly figuring out how everything worked.

I also get a lot of turtle syndrome (dont know what to call it), where essential the whole penis will get sucked up back inside of me during the middle of the day. Same thing. Just have to learn how tight to make it. Get as much time in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] as you can every day. You'll gain quickly that way.
Bundle stretch warm up.
A good session of stretching every way, minimum of 30 min. People think a quick session counts, only if you continue it throughout the day. You have to be fatigued and stay in the jelly state.
Follow with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for as long as possible.

Well tried bundled stretches yesteday. Only able to get about 3/4 a rotation in. Dont know if thats enough but all i am able to do currently. As far as wrapping goes other issues there. Cant find that sweet spot on not slipping down and not turning purple and going cold after 15 mins. Suppose this will just be practice. Only able to wear [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for 30 mins at a time as well due to the same issue but oncew again hoping practice and time will fix this.

do i need to judge when to circulate blood flow on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] on coldness or numbness or both? It seems I become cold fairly quickly but never any numbness.
 
Both. You'll get cold, everybody does. Just watch and feel for any bad signs. Keep track of time until you get used to it. You'll learn what your time schedule will be. Everybody is different on times.

Patience is growth and growth is patience. Nothing that has any value comes with ease, as things become more and more difficult to achieve the value of those things becomes greater and greater. This is a huge reason there are such a small [population who stick with PE, they just don't have what it takes!
 
Ok, so I will let things go a little longer if they get cold if i still have no numbness. Obviously if things become ice cold that is bad and will have to keep track. 30 mins seems to be working for me so far so I will stick with that until i become more accustomed to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words].

PE can get confusing for some,n there are tons of reasons why a person would quit..I have a bad habit i think about PE a lot about gains how to get bigger, n most of the time i get lost in a maze:)

PE can have some rabbit holes but sometimes going down these holes is how we find what works and what does not. Belike me Short, I have spend much time on things that did not pan out but in the end if I can bring something to the table it is worth it. Meaning, if I fail 10 times and get it right once, I am ahead of the game.

Just cause something doesn't work doesn't mean you've failed - it means you haven't figured it out yet.

Tried using the velcro attachment today with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] but no luck. Get slippage within like a minute. Hard for me to get a good grip with anything other than the noose strap which i think is lending to my coldness issue. Oh well maybe one day ill figure velcro and comfort strap out. Picked up some self-sticking [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap and that seem to work well for wrapping. Deff need something underneath it cause that is not too pleasent taking off without. Not ready for long wear cause I do turn purple/blue and cold after not too long of wearing. Practice makes perfect
 
well today went well, was able to go an hour without having to circulate blood for the first 2 hours. I eased up into tension though today instead of just going straight for it. Im thinking i was trying for too much too soon initially so will try to slowly increase tension from here on out.
