Hello guys,
I would really like to ask for some advice. I bought the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] about two weeks ago and have been using it since then everyday, except for the weekend (two days off, Saturday and Sunday). I started doing 10 min in the morning and incresed the time gradually, so now I`m doing 20 min in the morning. My problem is that, since I live with my girlfriend, I don`t have privacy at all, besides those 20 minutes in the morning, when she leaves for work before me.
I like the results so far (temporary of course, but I have the feeling the, in the long term, they would become permanent) would just like to maximize the effectiveness of my routine, which can only be of 20 min. I have been doing Penis Enlargement for years now, On and Off, and have experience with jelq, pumping and hanging. I got most of my results when I began a few years ago (I was 6.8 BPenis EnlargementL and went to 7.5 in about 6 months, then reached a plateu). Most of my gains came from jelqing 10 min one day on one day off (soft routine, but it worked). I have recently tried this 10 min jelq routine again but did not produce results.
My question now is: since I only have 20 min for myself in the morning, is it better to do 20 minutes of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] OR 10 min of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]+10 min jelq? Which one would be the most productive?

Since I have started a small routine myself (just stretching so far) I would say do whatever feels comfortable to you. Everyone on here will have mostly a different opinion. I do plan on getting a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hopefully within the next month and with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] I plan on using it solely and probably doing some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] to get rid of FR if I have any.

From what I've read from other threads, it seems like it is a mixed bag to do Jelqing and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] or [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] alone... but I am sure most people would agree that doing both will help you gain quicker and get to your goals quicker as well. That's just my 2 cents. :)

I think it is best to do manual exercises in conjunction with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Not only because of fluid retention fixes but moreover the increase in speed of gains. The same thing applies to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words], yes you will make great gains using it alone but why not add in some manual stretches to make gains faster? Penis Enlargement can be a mixed bag of tricks but when the mixes make gains come faster it is worth it!
 
My advice is 10min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5-10min Jelqing or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words], and one more set of 10min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], 5-10min Jelqing or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. What do you mean you hit a plateau what did you start doing differently or was it exactly the same routine? Because if you didn't change it as in making it better that is probably an idea of what the next step should be. Go to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] main site for more exercises is a good place to do that.
 
I think you can look at it just like working out. If all you did was target one specific muscle thats all that would change. Penis Enlargement is the same there are different areas Lenght, girth erection quality control ect. Inorder to be at your best a routine that works on everything would be ideal. When super sets are practiced gains are much swifter
 
supersets from bodybuilding are when you do two exercises together, i.e. a Bench press supersetted with a Barbell Row might look like this
5 Reps Bench
5 Reps Row
30s Rest or so, Repeat 3 times.

DLD suggests the same in his total workout where newbie stretches are supersetted with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is supersetted with Squash Jelqs (I think).

Thanks for the suggestions guys. Honestly, if I did not have privacy issues, I would do at least 20 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in the morning and 20 in the evening, and would probably include hanging for extra length.
Damn sometimes I wish I was still single...
