The pump will go to so much vacuum pressure. With Penomets [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]gators[/words] this is a fixed number. With Bathmates you can go higher (lower?) On a scale of diminishing returns maybe,. but you can keep pumping for more pressure(vacuum)...

Then attaching these vacuum pumps to the valve you can suck it even harder and go more into overpressure range. (Lower pressure # = more vacuum suction)
