You can do it either way, most find entering the tube erect to be best. After a few moments of pumping you will most likely go to a semi-erect state.

Continue using it until you gain. Two weeks is not enough time to make any kind of sound judgement on the effectiveness of any Penis Enlargement exercise or routine. Yes, you can make those gains but time should not be looming over your head. You may make the gains faster than that or they may take a bit longer. Do you need to have so much girth or so much length for one over the other???
