Tonight I really felt the tug when I done those 5 min stretches and they seem to give me the most stretch, I need to pick up a couple more weight plates, I was hanging with a 30 pound cinder block for those 5 mins sets, I noticed a before and after measurement difference of 3/4 of a inch.
