I haven't even had the time to do PE, between dealing with a fucked up job situation, and medical problems with the spouse I have had a hand full.

my biggest thing right now DLD is money for gas to get back and forth to the DR her DR is 50 miles one way, from home, if you wanna get in contact with me Stillwantmore2 knows how.

Guys I am back that being said because I am now working I need to come up with a new routine something simple something easy I'm thinking bathmate and possibly some basic stretching
