Hello all, Im 20 going to turn 21 soon. I found pe on 2011 but never put much into it.
I have been peeing consistantly for the last 5months I would say, with some gains.
I started pretty average, Im kinda tall and have a nice body so I want to put that boy into proportion with the rest.
Im from europe so I will measure my gains on CM.
Right now my BPenis EnlargementL is around 16.40cm (6.4inch) and mid girth 13.20cm (5.2inch)
For now im more interested in gaining LENGHT than girth, I would like to reach 7inch bpel by the end of the year.
I will train mostly lenght but not stop completely with girth. My main tool is Penis EnlargementNOMET and I will use it mostly for the hardcore inner stretches
My routine right now is usually made on the afternoon when Im alone at home during the week.
On the weekend is kinda hard to do the full routine but I will probably manage to do it atleast one day with the other rest day.
Routine:
10min warm up (rice sock)
20min manual stretches (along with kegels/reverse kegels to tire my PC muscles as much as possible for the hardcore stretches)
-DLD Blasters
-BTC right,left,behind
-Rotaries

- I get myself erect and put some vitamin E oil
- I fill the tube with hot water, get in and pump to max pressure
- I do 10mins of hardcore stretches + reverse kegels (INTENSE) (front,left,right and down)
- I take off the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] and Jelq for 5min stretching a bit at the end of each stroke.
- I would do 3 sets of these, so I total 30mins of hardcore stretches + 15min of stretch-jelqing
When Im done with this I will just do some Erect stretches, warm down and put a cock ring on till im going to bed.
Before sleep I will do some manual stretches and strap on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words]´s on light tension.
I will measure monthly and also keep record of the lenght I reach on each [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] session as a sign of progress.
