Hello all, Im 20 going to turn 21 soon. I found pe on 2011 but never put much into it.

I have been peeing consistantly for the last 5months I would say, with some gains.

I started pretty average, Im kinda tall and have a nice body so I want to put that boy into proportion with the rest.

Im from europe so I will measure my gains on CM.

Right now my BPenis EnlargementL is around 16.40cm (6.4inch) and mid girth 13.20cm (5.2inch)

For now im more interested in gaining LENGHT than girth, I would like to reach 7inch bpel by the end of the year.

My routine right now is usually made on the afternoon when Im alone at home during the week.
On the weekend is kinda hard to do the full routine but I will probably manage to do it atleast one day with the other rest day.

Routine:

10min warm up (rice sock)

20min manual stretches (along with kegels/reverse kegels to tire my PC muscles as much as possible for the hardcore stretches)
-DLD Blasters
-BTC right,left,behind
-Rotaries

- I get myself erect and put some vitamin E oil
- I fill the tube with hot water, get in and pump to max pressure
- I do 10mins of hardcore stretches + reverse kegels (INTENSE) (front,left,right and down)
- I take off the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] and Jelq for 5min stretching a bit at the end of each stroke.
- I would do 3 sets of these, so I total 30mins of hardcore stretches + 15min of stretch-jelqing

When Im done with this I will just do some Erect stretches, warm down and put a cock ring on till im going to bed.
Before sleep I will do some manual stretches and strap on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words]´s on light tension.

I will measure monthly and also keep record of the lenght I reach on each [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] session as a sign of progress.

Just finished my routine I think im going to reduce the number of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penomet[/words] hardcore sets to 2x 10min. After the 2nd set my dick had too much water retention, girth probably near 6in flaccid , my foreskin covered way up my head and it is still in that state.

I can grab my "bulked" foreskin with my fingers and the head is way down behind it. Any tip on this despite getting circumcision?

From Monday till Thursday 4 full sessions!
The combination of low grip internal stretches along with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penomet[/words] hardcores are killing it, im feeling some good soreness at the base of my penis, working hard!

Total PT time= 3.33 hours

Still 4 full sessions and never missed my daily manual stretching routine.
Im really thinking about spliting my routine a bit due to water retention.
Gonna change the 2x 10min pumping/5min jelqing, to 3x 5min pumping/5min downard jelqing as I believe this way I get less water retention and more ligament work with the downard jelqs at low erect state.

Total PT Time= 4.33 hours

Going to measure next week (1st month).

1st month Measurement !

BPenis EnlargementL = 16.70cm / 6.6 inch (+0.2)
NBPenis EnlargementL = 15cm / 5.9 inch
MSEG = 13.5 cm / 5.30 inch (+0.1)

Not bad for one month, hope it continues like this.

Almost 1inch bpel gain from my original size (5.7 -> 6.6) and already 1/2inch on mseg (4.8 -> 5.3).

Short term goal (end of 2013) : BPenis EnlargementL 7 / MSEG 5.50

Just finished a stretching routine and I had what I believe is called a ligament pop for the first time.
I was stretching downards with low grip and felt a pop at the right side of the base, some burning sensation after that and some very small pain stretching that side.
I didnt stretch anymore, and just finished with 10 min jelqing.

Lets hope this pop just looses my ligaments more = lenght gains:cool:
 
After talking to some vets I was suggested to start hanging for serious lenght gains in order to reach my desirable lenght (about 8.2bpel/7.5nbpel).
Then I should start serious girth work and try to get as close to 6"mseg as possible by pumping/jelqing.

For now im going to start a hanging log on BIB´s forum and also here on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] on the hanging section.
Still waiting for my bib starter to arrive.
