I too wonder about slow gains. I have been at it for quite some time and really have only got about a half inch in about two years. Im not bitching, since I have been lifting weights for about five and only recently have I got big and strong. I just really wonder about why some guys do a mild 90 day stint and gain inches and some guys go for years without gains...
