Hey Dash, I hang at 32.5 pounds right now. What I do is keep upping the minutes I can hang before serious fatigue sets in each day till I hit 30 minutes. After this, I follow up with manual stretching.
I am sort of on a break from hanging at the moment because my lot is really low (usually pretty high) and my girth workouts and erections in general are kinda mediocre after hanging. Also, the head can only take so much bruising which seems unavoidable at that amount of weight. I don't bruise much anymore, but it does add up.
The other reason I am on a break from hanging is I am trying something new and I am just not getting any good results lately, probably from doing Penis Enlargement straight for a year and getting good gains, but developing a super tough penis that is stubborn to tissue warping that needs to loosen up a bit.
So I am mostly just doing girth right now with manual erect stretches and bends while clamped.
What I would like to know is what have your gains been like since you started hanging with a lot more weight. I know I never got any ligament gaining till I started hanging (most of my length work had been manual stretching that focused mostly on the tunica up till then), but for quite some time I don't get that stretching feeling I used to get where you could actually feel the stretch of the ligaments. So I am wondering if there is just very little elasticity in my ligs anymore and therefore they need a break.
I mean, I could probably go up to 45 pounds or so, but the question is do I want to and would I see any results from that if indeed there is a weight plateau at which adding additional weight will not yield any significant results in the lengthening of the tissues.
