Hey alt quick question, do you use any kind of ball weights/stretchers? Just wondering... I'd love to have some low hanging rocks but I've got high riders and no amount of stretching/weights is making much difference.

No those aren't my bills on the floor. That's where they belong though. I wish I could spread them out and burn them! :) In regards to ball stretching my balls luckily have hung kind of low all my life. I started wearing rings in college and then I stopped doing anything for a while. Now they are long enough they fit in my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] device and I give them a good stretch that way. The one I have has a clamping head instead of the noose type closure so it is amazingly comfortable.

If you have really tight nuts there are a few things you can do. For starters if you wear tighty whities, throw them away! Get yourself some nice boxers. If you don't shave your balls I would start now. Shaving helps the skin to loosen and when you pull or add any type of stretchers on your balls the hair will get caught and cause you all kinds of discomfort. In a warm bath or shower stretch the skin manually both lengthwise and side to side. Do this for a month. Anytime you have free time, put some moisture on your balls and just stretch the skin with your hands. Once you start to notice that the skin is getting a little looser I would purchase some O rings. You can find them at any Lowe's or Home Depot. Metal cockrings are the same thing. slip the rings over your nuts. It might be tempting to overdo it at first but only apply as man as is comfortable and wear as long as you feel no pain or coldness. I used to use 1 1/2" rings they seem to work for most. I found that over time I could wear them most of the day with no problems. Always apply a little moisturizer to your nuts first. Once you've got them in place, tie your balls off with a thick piece of fabric or a soft leather ball cincher. Never use anyting thin or firm like rope or string on the balls because they can cut into the skin. If this happens you will have to stop and heal before you can continue. Aslo make sure that you only cinch them tight enough to keep them together. If you do it too tight the blood circulation will stop or decrease and your nuts will start to get cold. If this ever happens, stop and take a break. Cinching the balls is neccessary to keep the rings from slipping off unless you have very large balls. Another good tip is to have the rings wielded together. Having the rings wielded will keep them from pinching the skin of your scrotum. After you start with the rings keep doing the manual hand stretching. Once the skin stretches enough you can start using ball weights, large cinchers and other devices much more easily and comfortably. You have to be patient and consistent. One good thing about stetching though is it is permanent. After about 3 months or so whatever gains you have become permanent. Taking a little ginkgo biloba (500 to 1000mg) daily may aid as well. The ginkgo increases blood flow to the genitals and helps things hang a little looser. It may take two weeks to 30 days before you notice any effects depending on your body. I hope this helps you some. Let me know how things go for you.

Thanks for the reply... I have bought both metal rings and leather stretchers. The metal ones always manage to slip off during the night so I went with leather. The balls dont turn blue or get uncomfortable so Im going with those. Right now i've got a 1.5 " stretcher on but I bought sizes up to 4" so we'll see.

I do try to take a hot bath once a day and stretch them out for about 5-10 minutes. After this they are loose, but at some point in time they do return to tightness.

I also shave them about once a week or so, so that's in order. I guess I will just go with the flow for now. Thanks again
