As long as possible. The longer you wear, or the more hours you put in, the bigger you will become in a faster time.

The device should be worn when completely flaccid - it's suitable for a flaccid girth of up to 4.5in.

We don't recommend wearing the device while sleeping as you may cause yourself injury and it's very difficult to monitor usage time.

The device can be worn discreetly under your clothing but will be visible if worn with tight fitting trousers - I'd recommend avoiding them when wearing the device.

For the first six weeks of use you'll need to slowly increase your usage time until you reach 8 hours per day. When you do, you'll need to continue wearing it at 8 hours per day.

Well it seems I'm closer to 5" in flaccid girth, but I've completely stopped doing girth exercises to focus on length now, so hopefully I'll lose a little bit and will fit in.

I don't think I'll be able to wear it 8 hours a day, but I'll use it for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] routine along with the Jim strap, and well, I'll try to wear it as much as possible anyway.

For those who could have the same questions/concerns as I had:

Yes, it's hard to fit in, but it works. I just had a hard time to put it on too.

You need somehow to pinch it and push it through the holes, even though the tubes are bigger than the holes. I start pushing it from below, pull it, then try harder for the second hole from the top.

So far I find it's the most efficient attachment I've tried, but I'm currently experimenting all of them, and I'm a total newbie with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]

On a sidenote from my ordering experience :

- The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] came very fast after my order (48h with DHL express). Nice service.

- You get what the pictures says and not what DLD is showing in the "out of the box" video though (some VIP package for him I guess :)). So you get the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Penis Health[/words] [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words], and a box of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Male Extra[/words] pills for a nice price. What DLD has in his video is what they call the "ultimate" package (with the travel bag, the powders, cream, etc..) and it's worth like 400 $

Talking about attachments. Aren't we supposed to receive the Velcro X strap along with the other attachments with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] package ?
I've only received the silicon noose, the standard white plastic attachment, the foam ring, two brown bandage type rings and the black strap preventing slippage in my box.

I mean, it's not a big deal, I'll go get some Velcro to make the attachment on my own anyway, but I think I read somewhere, that the velcro was now included or was I wrong ?
