I have had forum posts and PMs asking about what I did/do for girth and instead of writing it up every time I can just post the full explanation here. I have gained about 2 inches in girth so far. It is fairly simple nothing revolutionary its just the way i did it so here you go.


Start your session by edging with a jelqing motion, and once you get close to where you would cum put the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] on for 10 min while you take your shower, then edge with jelqs again afterwards. Do not let yourself cum during the edging sessions. DO THIS EVERY SINGLE DAY NO MATTER WHAT.

After about a month you should be conditioned enough to slowly add time in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. I would add a minute to the sessions length every week until I was at 15 min in the tube.

After 6 months you can try two 15 min sessions a day, one before work and one before bed.

few other major tips:
1. keep the pubic area shaved to maximize suction
2. last as long as possible during sex. sex is like the ultimate edging session and it is when your natural girth will be the most engorged. also you want to make your lady go crazy ;)
3. you should be getting more frequent erections use that time to practice kegeling even more blood into your penis.

I'm currently working on getting conditioned with the Mityvac. The Mityvac is very powerful when used for dry pumping. The pressure is so intense. I am being careful to avoid Sciatica nerve pains that I have suffered from before all because I was pumping at very high pressure and too fast.
