I've had a Bib hanger for about two weeks now and I've recently developed this nagging ache in my penis, which is particularly apparent when I kegel. It is not so much painful but just annoying and bit uncomfortable. I felt it a bit during an erection as well. It seems to manifest whenever blood enters my penis. As I said it is not painful but it is most certainly a nuisance. Now, I'm willing to deal with this if it just means that this is my body healing the stressed out parts but i am hoping to God that i didn't break or damage anything internally. I usually wear the Bib hanger relatively tight so that I can fully grasp the internals. Also, I am only able to get a good stretch at my current max weight which is about 10 lbs. Anything lower than 8 and the 'good stretch' feeling of hanging is not felt as much. I started at 7 lbs because I was very much able to handle it (been Penis Enlargement'ing for awhile). Currently I am hanging BTC in an effort to stretch my ligs. My routine consists of about an hour to hour and a half of about 25 minute sets.
