So I started pe about 3 years ago and took the last year off. Now I'm back and determined to grow a massive cock. I had a bit of a rough time before but with my new determination and a little wisdom from my past experiences I'm sure I'll make it. Here's the streching rountine I plan to follow from the get go......

warm up
- straight up stretch doing kegals until pc muscle gets a little tired
- 10-15 blasters (5sec kegal 10sec reverse)

ligs
- btc 30sec reps
-5 left
-5 right
- 10 30sec reps straight down

tunica
- sideways a-stretches 30sec reps
-5 left
-5 right
- 5 straight out 30sec reps
- 5 straight up 30sec reps


Girth
(this routine varies depending on time and mood)
-300 jelqs (2 30sec horses after each 100 jelqs)
-2 5 minutes clamped (just keepin it hard - no exercises yet)
-200 jelqs (2 30sec horses after each 100 jelqs)



So thats it as of now. Don't have a certain set of days on or off yet just playin it by ear


Other stuff
- recently circumsized the scar area gets very puffy after a good girth workout (need extra days off - very annoying)
- always make sure circulation is good between streches and clamping
- trying to correct a leftward bend

I'll be trying my best to get on hear and keep complete track of what I'm doing each day any comments are more than welcome. I'll also be taking measurements soon (only have a 6inch ruler).
 
Tried girth before length workout tonight for the first time ever, results were mixed. On the up side I was able to keep limp without much of a problem. The down side was that my dick seemed tought to stretch because of the pump from the girth workout and my circ scar area was bothering me (hard to stretch with intensity when its sore under your grip).

Good to hear your back in the game too twin, exciting isn't it. I agree start tracking your progress theres so much that goes into a pe routine through out the years it'll be great to look back at a log and see what was going on in the routine when it was and wasn't successful.


About the routine today, need a day off dick is very VERY sore......damn circumsision!!! LOL
 
not as sore as I thought I'd be so did the routine, just finished stretching replaced the 10 30sec upward stretches with some reverse blasters....still a bit akward but I see the potential so I think I'll keep trying some more.............doing girth soon

I wouldn't mind at all problem is I never perfected the art of measuring before so I would see .25 inch gains and loses all the time so I can't give any numbers. I'd say maybe .25 - .5 in erect length around .5 inches in erect girth, but the biggest change was flaccid hang pretty sure I gained over an inch in flaccid length.

On a side note I made this post so I don't run into the same problems in the future. I highly making one of these to track yourself to anyone who is reading this and hasn't already made one of their own.

try squit streaches they sound stupid to me but that was wher my frist gains came from. P.S. 4.5 was my el 5 years ago:O that was dissapointing
 
Plan to measure once every 2 weeks or so..... I cheated though keep measuring flaccid length lol. I know that the flaccid hang depends on a lot, water consumption, temp, etc. but I'm at a consistant 5.25 now pretty happy about that ;)

Hey goin4length,good gains so far.I'm just curious how you come up with the amount of each respective exercise to do, like how much for girth and how much for length..what is your criteria towards that?Any help would be great.Thank you.
 
Sorry it took so long to respond to your question, college life has been incredibly hard this semester. Thats what I get for taking so many damn technical courses.....anyways to be honest my approach was to start out minimal and slowly progress. I keep an open mind all aspects of my rountine and just focus on the overall feeling I get during and after the workout. I've been slipping quite a bit lately for reasons mentioned earlier so I'm thinking about pretty much doubling my routine and seeing what happens (to get a little jump start). I'll keep you posted. I honestly think its more about experimenting with different exercises and getting a feel for how each one works for you (a lot like wieght lifting), unfortunately this isn't something that can be taught just comes with experience.

P.S. found a good way to get a better stretch; I try and imagine im doing a bonepressed flacid stretch with each stretch. Give me extra motivation and I end up pulling until I'm blue in the face (we all want to squeeze out that extra 1/16th of an inch;))
 
adding some more blasters to the beginning of the work out, also changed girth to

150ish jelqs

do this about 3 times 45 seconds each
2 10 min clamping sessions
repeat jelqs and supersets once more
done


HOLY SHIT my cock is huge after this, definately sticking with this for a while
