So I started pe about 3 years ago and took the last year off. Now I'm back and determined to grow a massive cock. I had a bit of a rough time before but with my new determination and a little wisdom from my past experiences I'm sure I'll make it. Here's the streching rountine I plan to follow from the get go......
warm up
- straight up stretch doing kegals until pc muscle gets a little tired
- 10-15 blasters (5sec kegal 10sec reverse)
ligs
- btc 30sec reps
-5 left
-5 right
- 10 30sec reps straight down
tunica
- sideways a-stretches 30sec reps
-5 left
-5 right
- 5 straight out 30sec reps
- 5 straight up 30sec reps
Girth
(this routine varies depending on time and mood)
-300 jelqs (2 30sec horses after each 100 jelqs)
-2 5 minutes clamped (just keepin it hard - no exercises yet)
-200 jelqs (2 30sec horses after each 100 jelqs)
So thats it as of now. Don't have a certain set of days on or off yet just playin it by ear
Other stuff
- recently circumsized the scar area gets very puffy after a good girth workout (need extra days off - very annoying)
- always make sure circulation is good between streches and clamping
- trying to correct a leftward bend
I'll be trying my best to get on hear and keep complete track of what I'm doing each day any comments are more than welcome. I'll also be taking measurements soon (only have a 6inch ruler).
