I was wondering why I hear so less of A-stretch, and its mostly not in peoples favourite excersise do you have it in your routine?
I do the A stretch in combination with other strecthing like helicopter and internal stretching, erected bend. But the A stretch gets me a good hang and lets me control my hang.
I do it like this.
7-10 min warmup
I sit down. Do some normal stretches about 3-4 minutes.
Get semi erect to blood flow again.
I grab under the head and do an A -stretch.
First I need good grip. Than I feel with the hand im strechting where I am. For example when I stretch I feel the end of my other hand whos the support, after that I wanna not feel the hand but hang lower, you slowly close your eyes and imagine a bit its bigger (or has to get bigger) and pull it a bit down, now the hand thats is pulling isnt touching ur hand/arm that is supporting (or less touchng). Than after I try to like touch my balls and stay there with the hand Im pulling. I going slowly every session. The grip can be difficult but the stretch is amazing. Dont go to hard on this one... but its worth the try, It really pumped my Erected lengs flaccid/erected.
I do about 6 or 7 of these variating from 20-50 secs each pull. I got nice resulst from it In combination with my other lenght excersice. I think in combination with my just arived [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], I could get to my 1st goal of 8'x6.5 EL' ...7'2x6'0 in now.. started as a 6x 5
