Greetings. I've been lurking some Penis Enlargement forums for a while, now i'm ready to start this new training.
I've never had issues with my unit, and i must say i'm quite satisfied with it. You can see its stats in my signature. I've only had 3 sexual partners in my life, with whom i dated regularly for some time, and all 3 seemed satisfied by our intercourses. I was able to hit their cervixes during the intercourse, and they said it hurted when i pushed so deep. They all said that my penis is big, and one said that it is the biggest she's ever dealt with. I don't have a monster unit, but it's above average indeed.
Now my main concern is improvement. I do believe that improving overall health and taking care of one's own body is a key to a better living. I strive daily for body improvement training in many different activities like track and field, running, swimming, cycling, body building. And of course an improvement in penis size and sexual performance can give a great confidence boost. I want to go from "very good" to "amazing". I'm mostly concerned with girth, so i would like to focus on this, as it looks to me that my girth is not as good as my lenght. Before starting Penis Enlargement i measured my penis and i got 18.5 cm (7.29 in) BPenis EnlargementL and midshaft EG 13 cm (5.19 in). I started training in Penis Enlargement on march 4th 2011 every other day with this routine:
Warm up: instead of using a hot wrap, i just position my penis under the water tap and continuously pour hot water on it. Is this a good method to warm up?
Stretching: 10 stretches, each 1 minute long, 2 for every direction (up, down, left, right, forward), 15s rest between each stretch.
Jelq+kegels: now this is tricky. I'm uncircumcised, and have very abundant foreskin. The standard jelq engorges this foreskin too much, so i feel more confortable practicing dry jelqs. I complete one jelq, and then i squeeze my pc muscle while the hands come back to start another jelq, and release the muscle before closing the ok grip again. I repeat this 100 times.
Warm down: same as warm up.
What do you think about this routine? Is it good to combine jelqs and kegels, or am i better off separating the 2 exercises? Do you have any suggestions to make this routine more "girth oriented"?
On a side note, i do not want to use equipments and would like to achieve my results with manual exercises only. Is it realistic to expect to get to 7.5x6 with manual exercises only from where i'm starting?
