A Few Concerns; Help Please

Hello all,

I'm a circumsized 19 year old male, and I'm wanting to get involved with restoring my foreskin; however I have a few concerns I am hoping someone can address.

When flaccid, there is usually enough skin to cover about half of my head. My main concern is, with a device like the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]TLC[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words], if I were to get an erection would the device pulling on the skin then become very painful as the skin tries to draw back as the penis expands? After all, when fully erect (average, 6 inches) there isn't much in the way of extra skin.

Another question I have is, once your foreskin is 'restored' (as much as it can be anyways), will the end of it taper down and tighten as a true foreskin does? So that it won't neccessarily retract unless you want it do so? Ideally, I'd like for the skin to be covering the head (or the bulk of it at least) at all times, to reintroduce sensitivity.

Thanks in advance for any help in regards to these questions. I'm still wondering about the technique to use. I suppose ideally I'd like to get a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]Tugger[/words] (that works best, yes?) but I also don't want THAT on the credit card bill to the parents ;). My concern about erections cause uncomfortable/painful sensations extend to taping as well.
 
I would recommend starting the way I did: use cross taping until it feels like there's little benefit left in doing so, then get a CAT II.

The cross taping gets you to the point where you can begin using most devices, before that there wasn't much skin.

I prefer the mechanism of the CAT II to a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] type device.

If I used a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] it would be to supplement my CAT II use, not replace it.

In the beginning you could experience some pain from the skin stretching too much... you just need to try your best to adjust it to reduce pain, take it off if it starts to hurt (pain is bad), and wait for it to grow more and it will become painful less.

As you learn how to wear a device better it gets painful less, but at the start even taping can hurt from too little skin.

Seems that starting with taping would make more sense before shelling out cash on a tugging device. On that note, what tape exactly do most people here use? Is it just a basic medical tape or what? Also, at what state should it be applied? Completely flaccid with the skin rolled up as much as it can be and then some, then taped over? I understand that most commonly the tape is applied in a + sign, does this cover the urethral opening ?

Basically, if someone could just let me know what tape to get, and the basic technique for taping, I think I can leave ya'll alone for awhile ;)

I want to get started on foreskin restoration, and then work a bit on Penis Enlargement. They seem to be slightly antagonistic practices, so I want to gain the skin first. I can scarecly imagine having the glans covered 24/7, and only uncovered when you want it to be; must be a fantastic feeling!
 
Sorry for the delay, I don't check here often.

The method I used and think is the best for cross taping is this:

Starting completely flaccid, grab the skin at about the circ scar or so, and pull it forward.

Then push in on the glans with one hand while pulling the skin out, to make the skin between the glans and where you're holding the skin tight.

Then hold it there over the glans, and first tape from top to bottom, then tape from side to side.

When doing this you should try to have it so the glans is covered with skin if possible, so that the tape doesn't touch it.

If you start to get hard while you're taping or applying any FR device, it becomes harder to put on. If you get too hard, you'll have to stop and wait until later.

I used masking tape but that isn't the best choice.

I think the tape most restorers use is called something like rejuveness, but medical tape would also work.

Tape can be worn day and night, but you'll reach a stage where you don't feel much of a stretch from tape alone, at which point you'll want to get a device.

And for that I recommend the CAT II, it's worked well for me.

I wouldn't recommend wearing devices at night, though.
 
I use the 3M medical tape ($1.99) to tape at night in the X or + pattern. It is sticky enough to hold, but easy enough to remove to go to the bathroom. And it remains sticky so you don't go through quite as much.

As for the opening, it won't be perfect, but there are intact guys that have the same appearance. As you progress along, the glans will become moist, and so will the inner foreskin that you might have left (some guys don't, but it sounds like you do). When these two surfaces come together, they tend to be a little sticky (kind of like used scotch tape). It isn't anything that will keep the skin down, but it does help in controlling the taper. In cold weather, the taper is very evident, and I can walk around after a shower without anything on, and it will stay forward for 30 minutes (or until I pull it back). And as it gets longer, it doesn't want to retract as much.

It sounds like you have much more skin than most circumcised guys already. In that case, cross-taping would be a waste of time since the skin wouldn't have any tension on it. Guys who use cross-taping usually use it because their skin is so tight that there isn't enough to use more effective methods.

If you want to grow additional skin, you're going to have to go to more advanced techniques such as T-taping or using a device (CAT II, Tugahoy, or whatever). I personally am alternating T-taping and a CAT II Q device.

It's pretty much impossible to have a super tight "peehole" type taper, but you will likely get something that looks natural enough to fool a urologist into thinking you're intact. Once you finish tugging, the skin will thin and hug the glans very well, creating a natural looking taper. This isn't guaranteed, but you should expect it.

I think I do have a bit more skin left than most I suppose, in fact the entire glans can be covered, but only if my penis is fairly retracted into my body. I'm a 'grower' and not a 'shower' (something I would like to change with Penis Enlargement), and so I'm only about 2-3 inches flaccid (with the glans covered) and the average 6 inches erect.

Ideally, what I completely want to get out of of both Penis Enlargement and FR is a 4-5 inch flaccid penis, with the glans covered. I'm not quite so interested in erect size, since I figure that's bound to come from getting the flaccid size up anyways. Is this an unrealistic goal? Also, since I am wanting flaccid size to increase, in addition to full (or at least alot) of glans coverage, should I work on FR first, or Penis Enlargement? Or is it possible to do them jointly?

I gained a lot of flaccid size from jelqing alone. I didn't measure my pre-Penis Enlargement flaccid size, but it must have more than doubled in volume over the first months while I was almost exclusively jelqing. During that time I gained about 1/2" erect length and maybe some girth. These days, with no Penis Enlargement, my absolute smallest flaccid is about 5x5.25.

You can certainly do Penis Enlargement and FR at the same time, and I reccommend it. Otherwise, you might lose the coverage you have now and have to make it up later.

That looks pretty natural to me. It's just nothing like what my intact son, for example, has.

I have to update what I said in the last post. When I have really good coverage (CI-6) these days my flaccid length is only 4.5". When it's 5.5" or so, I have about CI-3 coverage.

Hey Ron, I remember you saying that if you peeled back your foreskin it would stay back for a little while. What would it look like then, I mean because you seem to have a lot of skin?

Depending on how swollen I was (based on ambient temperature) it would most likely look like any cut guy, but with a slightly shinier glans and loose wrinkly skin on my shaft.

If my daughter ever finds our camera, I'll post a pic.
