To all that can help me, I only recently started to Penis Enlargement, but I have one problem i dont have enough time to do dld's phase one routine because of my work and the long hours i do, i was wondering if i should do the 10 minute workout, my stats are BPenis EnlargementL 6.0" and my girth is 5.5", my dream penis would be 9" BPenis EnlargementL and girth 7", would this be possible with dld's 10 minute workout and should i add anymore length and girth exercises also. How long would i have to keep doing this routine for. It also says on the front page GAIN 2 - 5 INCHES IN LENGTH AND GIRTH in just 10 minutes a day, is this possible with this workout.
 
Do you think you could sneak 4 small sessions in a day? Maybe 10 minutes each? If so I can give you a routine that will help you gain more rapidly than the 10 minute routine.
 
YES DLD, i could definitly sneak in about 4 0r 5 small sessions a day, and if you could give me a routine that would make my gains that i want i would be the happiest man on earth, and i will never stop bragging about the man that helped me do this until the day that i die. Thank you so much for all your help. rofl
 
holy monkey! 10 min is all you can find! no way! want to know what i do if i think i dont have enough time? For example if my girlfriend is sleeping over or whatever i literally get up at about 3-4am and do my routine then lol. Then again im almost obsessed with this stuff. It works fine for me though.

I know what you mean. When you get into a routine, about the third or fourth week, you will worry about missing a workout, so you try to plan it in any free time. I have had many 3/4/5 am sessions just to free up my mind from the guilt of not Peing.

I took the Phase 1 stretching and broke it down into 2 short 10 minute sets. I changed the girth completely to be all dry exercise so there will be no clean-up.

Phase 1 in 4 short sessions

SESSION 1
Stretching:

3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

SESSION 2
Girth:

Dual Dry Jelqs
Slow and with lots of intensity. Do not count simply time your self for 10-15 minutes. Your goal during this time is to get to maximum expansion.

SESSION 3
Stretching:

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

SESSION 4
Girth:
Isolated Compression Squeezes

Again, slow and with lots of intensity. Do not count simply time your self for 10-15 minutes. Again, your goal during this time is to get to maximum expansion.


PC Muscle Fitness
Now I do not count this as a session as you can do these while at work, school, driving, on the bus etc.

100 quick Kegel squeezes

50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

Testicle Health Massage
At least one time per week I would like to see you do Testicle Health. This is mainly for the health benefits (finding lumps or inconsistencies in your srotum. This only takes 3 minutes so it is very quick. You may even opt to do these as a warm up to one of your girth sessions everyday.
 
That looks pretty sweet and hardcore for a split routine.

DLD, if I try something split similar to this (I too have a hard time finding time everyday) do I need to warm-up for everything, nothing, or just the stretching aspects?
 
Thank you so much DLD for the routine, how long do you think i should keep doing this phase for because i feel 6 weeks is too short of time to reach a growth pleatu. I cant wait to get maximum gains from this routine.
 
You can rock this routine for as long as you can gain using it.
