I took the Phase 1 stretching and broke it down into 2 short 10 minute sets. I changed the girth completely to be all dry exercise so there will be no clean-up.
Phase 1 in 4 short sessions
SESSION 1
Stretching:
3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
SESSION 2
Girth:
Dual Dry Jelqs
Slow and with lots of intensity. Do not count simply time your self for 10-15 minutes. Your goal during this time is to get to maximum expansion.
SESSION 3
Stretching:
Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks
SESSION 4
Girth:
Isolated Compression Squeezes
Again, slow and with lots of intensity. Do not count simply time your self for 10-15 minutes. Again, your goal during this time is to get to maximum expansion.
PC Muscle Fitness
Now I do not count this as a session as you can do these while at work, school, driving, on the bus etc.
100 quick Kegel squeezes
50 of the following:
Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.
Testicle Health Massage
At least one time per week I would like to see you do Testicle Health. This is mainly for the health benefits (finding lumps or inconsistencies in your srotum. This only takes 3 minutes so it is very quick. You may even opt to do these as a warm up to one of your girth sessions everyday.
