Around a week ago, I asked all P.E. vets and otherwise on this board to help me put together a 1 Year program. I got some good ideas and tips, but realized although I have a lot of time on my hands now due to a career change, where I work from home. The idea of having one set routine would never work, cause hey let's face it things come up and sometime's you just don't have time... And because I want this to be a very intense and dedicated program on my behalf, I realized that I would have to come up with 3 different routines based on the amount of time I'd have per day during each week and a weekend program because I for one am always busy with other things on the weekend... Now I plan on using very basic ideas when it comes to stretching and other forms of P.E. I will do only what I consider intense and has worked for me in the past... So I came up with this: A routine that would take up the most time, a routine that would take up less time, and a routine that I could do if I really had no private time to myself at all for whatever the reasons may be..

What I am saying is that the least I will be doing on any given day is 10 min. of stretching and 500 Jelqs. I believe this program will get me to where I want to be length and girth wise... I am 21, 5' 10" 160 lbs. Athletic shape, very little fat-pad as well. So basically that's it, I will be starting this program or should I say programs on October 30th, 2006 and following them with dedication until October 30th, 2007. I want to see what a year really does to my penis. Oh in case you missed the last post my stats and goals are as follows:
