Around a week ago, I asked all P.E. vets and otherwise on this board to help me put together a 1 Year program. I got some good ideas and tips, but realized although I have a lot of time on my hands now due to a career change, where I work from home. The idea of having one set routine would never work, cause hey let's face it things come up and sometime's you just don't have time... And because I want this to be a very intense and dedicated program on my behalf, I realized that I would have to come up with 3 different routines based on the amount of time I'd have per day during each week and a weekend program because I for one am always busy with other things on the weekend... Now I plan on using very basic ideas when it comes to stretching and other forms of P.E. I will do only what I consider intense and has worked for me in the past... So I came up with this: A routine that would take up the most time, a routine that would take up less time, and a routine that I could do if I really had no private time to myself at all for whatever the reasons may be..

During Week Routines:

Most Time: (To Be Done Throughout The Day, No Set Times)

Warm Up:
Rice Sock for 5 - 10 min.

Stretching:
10 min. of foot long stretches - 1 min. sets - 5 left hand, 5 right hand
Circulation Pull: Just pull your penis in different directions to improve circulation after every set.
10 min. of A stretches - 1 min. sets - 5 left hand, 5 right hand
Circulation Pull
10 min. of stretches found in Phase 1

Warm Up: (optional) Warm up again if done at a later time of the day
Rice Sock for 5 - 10 min.

Jelqing:
1000 Jelqs: 4 sets of 250 Jelqs
Massage between each set

Rice Sock for 5 - 10 min.

Pump: (I am conditioned in pumping, hence the time used)
100 Clamped Jelqs
1 hr. 20 min. of pumping:
1 set - 20 min. normal pump - 5 - 7 hg
100 Clamped Jelqs
1 set - 20 min. constricted pump - 5 - 10 hg (stuffed end of tube)
100 Clamped Jelqs
1 set - 20 min. constricted pump - 5 - 10 hg (stuffed end of tube)
100 Clamped Jelqs
1 set - 20 min. normal pump - 5 - 7 hg
100 Clamped Jelqs
(100 Clamped Jelqs in between each set to reduce fluid buildup) (Total 500 Jelqs) (Cable Clamps)

Hot Shower: Soak Penis with hot rag for 5 - 10 min.
In Shower: 500 Jelqs: 5 sets of 100 Jelqs
Circulation Pulls between each set
Out of Shower: Apply any antibiotic ointment to heal skin of penis

Afternoon/Night

Warm Up:
Rice Sock for 5 - 10 min.

What I am saying is that the least I will be doing on any given day is 10 min. of stretching and 500 Jelqs. I believe this program will get me to where I want to be length and girth wise... I am 21, 5' 10" 160 lbs. Athletic shape, very little fat-pad as well. So basically that's it, I will be starting this program or should I say programs on October 30th, 2006 and following them with dedication until October 30th, 2007. I want to see what a year really does to my penis. Oh in case you missed the last post my stats and goals are as follows:

My current stats are:
4-5" flaccid length
4-5" flaccid girth
8 1/4" stretched flaccid length
8" bone-pressed erect length
5 3/4" erect mid-shaft girth
6" erect base girth

Goals:
8" flaccid length
6" flaccid girth
11" stretched flaccid length
10" bone-pressed erect length
7" erect mid-shaft girth
7 1/2" erect base girth

So if you want, tell me what ya think... Or just drop me a line, haha... I will also be keeping a progress log for every month of this program...

What I've found is that you can't really plan out routines long term. If you do this you might end up just conditioning the tissues so your gains will halt at some point. This is a great place to start, but keep in mind you may have to change it up a lot when your gains slow down and you stop feeling sore.
 
Thanks for the input, but like I said I will do what I believe is the best for me.. I believe P.E. is different for everyone. What I mean is one thing will work for one person but not the other.. As far as the stretches I listed I believe these to be the best for me. See just to give you a brief history about myself, I have been doing P.E. on and off for 3 years now, I know all the little tricks and keep a close watch on any updates to the industry. The reason I believe I have never consistently gained is because of my lack of one set program, that involves no time off.. Like I said I have been on and off for 3 years... Although I don't know when I stopped growing naturally, I believe that I have probably gained at least 1 inch in length and close to 1 inch in girth from 3 years of pills and exercises along with pumping... So that's why it will be kind of a challenge to me and for others to see what 1 year of a very close to consistent program will bring me... Like I said this is what I feel is the best approach for me and P.E.
 
Wow, this is completely WOW! I love the routine, your use of time and the application of available exercise and technology for your plight. I will, if you have one, follow your progress thread. This is so similar to my line of thinking as I was coming up in the Penis Enlargement world. Very impressive.

Well it looks as if my program will have to wait a few weeks. I just found out late last night that I was to be taking a cross country trip for about two weeks. I leave next Monday, so I thought better of starting my program today and only doing it for a week, only to take 2 weeks off... Bad timing but at least I know when I come back on November the 18th, I will have no more long lay offs ahead... So I will begin the program on Monday, November the 20th 2006... And yes there is no way I can Penis Enlargement while on this trip, believe me this was the first thing I thought about...
