Hi,
I have always been skeptical about Penis Enlargement, until I found this website.
So I start a simple routine every night after a bath :
> warm, stretch, a 400 jelqs (with high intensity).

I can see some improvement in girth and flaccid lenth, but no gain in erection at all.
Does this means that this penis is not able to grow in lenth ? I just want to have some gain to see if Penis Enlargement REALLY work before joining [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], because 49$ is not so cheap.
Do i have to wear en [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]?

My goal is to gain 1 inch in erect size or more if possible of course :)

I'm 20 years old, 5.5 inch.

I am doing the previous routine very seriously, for 20 min every day 7/7, and I think the intensity is correct as sometimes I get some red spot on the skin.
 
Paul,pe does work but it can be a long slow process,have you noticed an increase in erection strength yet,that is one of the first things that most guys notice once they start peing.

Post up the routine you have been following,the thing i noticed about your post is you said you are peing for 20 minutes,stretching and jelqing for 400 reps,how long are you holding the stretches for and how quickly are the jelq reps,a basic stretching programn takes 15-20 mins and 400 jelqs about the same,so you are looking at closer to 40mins
 
Penis Enlargement is defintely for real, and gains are attainable. I also just started doing a second session like this before bed.
 
Is Penis Enlargementing anything like bodybuilding? Because if you are working out 7 days a week, your body will never have the chance to grow! You break down the tissue when you Penis Enlargement, and you grow afterwards, when you rest. I am wondering if anyone follows this reasoning. I am new to Penis Enlargement and it may be different than working out muscles, but I suspect it is similar.

The more intelligence we can bring in from other sources that directly/indirectly pertains to Penis Enlargement, to advance our results more rapidly, even if it may initially sound counter, I would think would be well worth the investigation.

No mate pe is the complete opposite to BB,the goal of pe is to deform the tissues of the penis and keep them in this state for as long as possible,taking to many rest days will cause the tissues to go back to normal.

Imagine a balloon that has been blown up for a long period of time when you finally let the air out it doesn't go back to its origional size,pe is the same the longer you keep your penis in a deformed state the better.

well, may be i am not doing the routine correctly, I stretch only 3-4 minutes, (down, up, left, right) then I do the jelqing. So I do not stretch long enough...

If I do the jelqing while pressing the kegel muscle to bring more blood in the penis, is that good too ? I've just tried this for few days now, I feel more blood pressure. I try to do this slowly, like holding it 2 seconds.

But as you say, the process is quite slow, I'll continue to built it

Squeeze your PC muscle as hard as you can, hold for 5 seconds then slowly release for 2 seconds. When you have finished the 50 your PC muscle will be screaming. This is a good sign. Now to finish the exercise start squeezing and hold for 1 minute, if you get tired squeeze harder until the minute is complete.

I'm going to be starting this routine tonight.:)

Stick with it for some times.

I personally do Penis Enlargement when I have time, even 5 mins... but it happens multiple times a day, so that might have helped. When I have time and feel like it sure I'll do a bigger session. As I find Penis Enlargement enjoyable, there's no problem if I don't "see" gains.

You really need to increase both intensity and duration of your stretching. Exactly... that routine is mainly good for gaging with your body, and see what fits you well.

Gains can be made though as many of us got some results with it. Happy stretching!
