my brain also was in full throttle ! Final penis size is related to :

1) GENES !
2) How healthy your mother lived why she wa spregnant with you (No make up / no perfumes / no chemical stuff whatsoever , specially no contact with oestrogen )
3) How healthy your childhood + puberty years were (food , sports , testosterone production)

But I think most of it is really GENES ! So unless you can manipulate on them directly , there will be no growth drug for the penis EVER !
