I'm sure thousands of Penis Enlargement people want to know this. I've read very few opinions on this one and the ones i've read are completely in contrast with one another.

When is the best time to practice reverse kegels? After masturbation? After girth or after length? How many do you do? How long are the holds?

I am an all natural bodybuilder from ohio, healthy as you can get, but I am definately lasting less long in bed than ever before.

By the way, my gains have been great and I will just say that it is absolutly due to my cycle diets. Stay strict for a while and your whole life will change.

I'm a builder and im in ohio too! where from if you don't mind me asking? unfortunately, my dick has not taken after "lifting" like the rest of my body has.... but then again ive only been Penis Enlargement'ing consistently for a little over month. Yeah, I would imagine our cutting diets are pretty good for Penis Enlargement health. And getting shredded with around 5% fat helps bring your Bone pressed EL, to your ACTUAL EL.

Sorry, idk about reverse kegels.. I would like to know this too! Anybody??

I would suggest doing them as a part of the DLD Blasters exercise (what I created them for) If you like you can do them with your stretching routine.
 
So everyone's honest with one another, is it fair to say that Reverse Kegels (like the remainder of this site) is still in its experimental stage? Not saying that these experiments haven't been working, because they sure have. But, why haven't I seen one reverse kegel weekly routine? Why are they important in blasters? Can you do it while running, other exercise, in the morning or at night? Will that be effective? What do we truly know about reverse kegels? These are the answers we are looking for...

This stuff is cutting edge, as ancient as some exercises may be. That Jelq exercise is like the Squat of Penis Enlargement, as it compresses, extends and works the entire thing, girth and length. What Penis Enlargement needs is more isolation movements and skilled knowledge on what the individual exercises do. Hope you keep at it DLD, man, I think you may be true a pioneer in this sport...

Everything I have ever created in Penis Enlargement is experimental. The difficulty in bringing axioms to the table in Penis Enlargement is the lack of solid Penis Enlargement evidence. It is not particularly easy to acquire. Most men would not want a second party to measure them and follow them through their Penis Enlargement with ruler in hand. The thought of it makes my stomach hurt. I think I am the only person, in the world, who was ever measured by an external, main stream media outlet (GQ Magazine). This was an anxiety attack in itself, I can understand why most guys would not go through with this. The best we have gotten in results is the guys, like myself, who have shown continuous record of their gains. Even in this many guys, when they see huge gains, choose to discredit them as "Photoshopped" or edited in some way. It really becomes a personal proof issue. As for technical exercise that focuses on other physics than the basic jelq and basic stretching, I have created more than 200 exercises. Innovation in Penis Enlargement is very trial and error. Out of all the exercises I have developed many will never make it into the Penis Enlargement toolbox but many will. I have made most of the gains I have made through my own personal innovation. If these exercises seem to work for me I put them out.
 
The reverse kegel is key to DLD Blasters because of how it forces the pelvic floor muscles to release and allow the stretch to predominately go to the ligs.

I found that reverse kegels as an independent exercise, while not exercising, are very intense. I wonder what the benefit would be but I do feel an intense feeling while doing them. The benefits seem to be mostly involved in ejaculation, ejaculate distance, staying power. What are your thoughts?

You only do reverse kegels in relation to PE when you are performing stretches. In this way you can stretch your entire penis simultaneously (outer shaft, ligaments and inner penis).
