A rewrite by DLD borrowed ideas from Men's Fitness.

50% of people drop out of the Penis Enlargement program within the first 6 months. Here are some tips to keep you in the game.


Put Your Money Where Your Cock Is
Join a pay site. If you invest in your Penis Enlargement program the chances of quitting become smaller and smaller. Make it a rule that if you miss a workout you donate $5 to a charity. Pay yourself for every session you make. Put a dollar away for every successful session and in no time you can treat yourself to a special little something. Financial inspiration is sometime the ticket to consistency.

Make a Bet

So wager with a buddy on the forum…the first man to slack off pays the other. Make it a larger bet and the competition becomes even stiffer.

Set a 30 Minute Rule

If you are a vet offer your self as a mentor to a newbie, if you are a newbie approach a vet. Keeping in touch through PM’s, emails, and in some cases the phone can help you and your partner make real gains. You will also build a long lasting friendship.

Set a Specific Long Term and Many Short Term Goals
Research shows that people who set goals that are too general (“I want to get bigger”) typically do not achieve them. Make sure your goals are specific and challenging while realistic. Make a deadline for each of your smaller goals and keep track of them in your journal. Set a Long Term goal (“In one year I will gain 2” in length and .5” in Girth) then use your smaller goals as inspiration to get there. With every small accomplishment you are one step closer to the BIG GOAL.
 
Paying myself for every session I do sounds like a good idea. Dollar a day and at the end of the week I buy myself some ice cream.... sounds good

Yes I've noticed an absolute shitload of weight training/exercise mind set articles apply equally to Penis Enlargement'ing. The most important imho being getting your mindset right from the start and also anything on forming a routine and bloody well sticking to it for a good timeframe. Chopping and changing exercises is useless !
 
Those are awesome ways to keep consistent in Penis Enlargement. Great work. Id like to have a Penis Enlargement workout partner, I think thats a great idea to stay into it. Hell, i have a weightlifting partner and he keeps me on track even after going to a party lol.

DLD, did Men's Fitness actually write something about Penis Enlargement, or is this your adaptation from tips for a conventional fitness program? Just wondered, as I would be surprised to see such a publication dedicate this attention to Penis Enlargement.

No, this is a total adaptation. I just thought some of the ideas were good.
 
You might want to add another point to that list: "Visit [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] daily" That, in and of itself, motivates me to do Penis Enlargement workouts.

I was a great adaptation, DLD. I just couldn't believe that a mainstream men's publication would give Penis Enlargement that much attention and figured you were the brains behind it.

these are all great ideas.I wouldn't mind being a mentor for some of the newer people to Penis Enlargement.Also If anyone wants to partner up , just let me know ..... I know this helps because me and RED use to chat just about every day , and on the days I didnt have the motivation to Penis Enlargement he could help me find the willpower to do my exercises. BUT me being in the USA and him in the UK its hard to catch up with him on here now a days ,

One thing that I discovered just today guys regarding motivation...

I took Fri-Mon off of Penis Enlargement (4 days) and that was my longest stint of taking a break since I started Penis Enlargementing back at the beginning of this year. The reason I took the time off was because I was simply too sore to continue and I wanted to give my dick a rest and let it heal.

Anyway, I think the break helped me in a department I didn't really think of: mental!

First thing this morning, I was excited and couldn't wait to get back in my routine of Penis Enlargementing - I had tons of motivation for a Tuesday morning where I didn't on Tuesday of last week. So, I guess my point is that a few days off may be beneficial for the mental state of Penis Enlargement (but I know that DLD said that if he takes 1 day off, that turns into 1 week, etc). I don't plan on taking a break like that for a while - maybe 2 months from now, but for those like me who have Penis Enlargement as part of their routine now, laziness simply is not an option, so a few days off may be a good means of getting back the motivation.

Hey it is all good. If you are able to take breaks without them becoming permanent vacations then do that. I am such a creature of habit, I need the most structured lifestyle for thing to work. Not everyone is like this. But with Penis Enlargement there is another factor that keeps me going, the fact that it makes my dick bigger...what better reason to do it and love it.

Great post, DLD. I'm still a newbie, so motivation is easy to come by. Like you mentioned, short-term goals are very important when the long-term goal is way off in the future.
 
Great tips. A few I would like to add:

-Research PE throughout the week, and every day or every week do a new or modified exercise. This maintains motivation and leads to finding a good personalized routine.

-If business hinders you from a full workout or two, divide it into 3 or more small 10-20 minute workouts throughout the day. One in morning, noon, evening, or base it around the times that you eat. Before, after, or both.

-Gradually build your PE routine so to MASTER EVERY DETAIL! Research as much as you like, but when it comes to exercising and experimenting what you have learned, gradually incorporate it and then build upon it once you feel you understand it.

-Write down what you are learning, so you always have a go-to instruction manual. This will help visualize and retain findings, and leads to building a better routine.

As DLD mentioned, You can keep yourself motivate by setting long term and short term goals.
I'm not stopping until i have at least 6 inch base girth.

Every new brother need to read post #1 in this thread. Just to keep a Logbook preferably with pen and paper will help you so much.
Before you are supposed to do what you have told yourself/promised yourself, you write it down and make boxes behind the exercise.

When you are done you cross off those boxes, this is so satisfying and you will feel more focused and content in your PE journey. A plus with this is that you never need to remember anything for example: When your next session is, since everything is written down in this journal. One more important aspect, keep your notes and program strucured and as simple as possible. Don't add like 20 diffrent exercises to your program. A timer is also a must. Helps you stretch your penis evenly.

Goal setting is a super important aspect as well in reaching your big goals.

All this time I have used the same book to write my logs in. It have helped an awful lot. I did the same in my powerlifting. This is a metod that works. All the people that did not write anything down at my gym could go years and years and never see any results.
