That is something I did not consider but it makes great sense. If there is plaque build up, due to Peyronies, Tunica stretching should be very effective at breaking down this plaque through stretching the Tunica bigger, hence a straighter penis. Great thought.
 
Thank you :D one things for sure, I'm now on the road to a straighter penis. Bundles plus ADS against the curve will do the trick.

well I don't have pyronies but loosening up my tunica will still be vital. Just about to attatch the VLC SG for the day!

thanks man. i have to put this in my routine. i keep putting off on it. i don't have crazy turkey neck syndrome but it's just annoying and unaesthetic

i feel like this will also "show" the length better of the penis because i feel like the turkey neck pulls back the penis a bit from the underside. especially when standing up i don't like how it hides the base urethra

i just had to come back to say that i've officially put this in my routine. this is a *GAME CHANGER*

the stretch feels incredible and actually makes my cock look longer and more floppy(hey can't be mad at that)

A new member @dangerMOS has reminded me about turkey neck - penoscrotal webbing - and I will start doing these daily.

Its something I forgot about, but it wont do me anyharm in getting the work in.
 
Another great exercise for turkey neck is the testicle health massage and stretch. How this works is it creates a divide between the base of the penis and the base of your under scrotum. The separation allows the penis to hang lower and also allows the scrotum to hang lower. But what I noticed is it also helps with TN.

Also to avoid future turkey neck I suggest you go to the member site at www.mattersofsize.com/access and watch any of the videos from phase 1 stretching and you’ll see how to anchor one ham at the base while stretching with the other, this will illuminate any future turkey neck.
 
I feel like I'm going to sound sili and optimistic on all these threads, but I'm quite glad there are so many resources here, not just for PE but also (and perhaps especially) for the turkey neck/penoscrotal webbing. Regardless of whether or not someone is even engaged in PE, it seems to be a pretty common phenomenon that a lot of us don't particularly like about our penis appearance and sometimes even feel... so finding consistent ways to deal with it is...honestly really encouraging.
 
This is my variation to the dld extreme scrotum stretch linked here which works fine but as I had a nuisance turkey neck I decided to make it more intense in how it targetted the skin around the base of the penis than the standard one does and I'll refer to it as ''The trampolene stretch'' because you may notice that the skin around the testes at the bottom once stretched out, resemble that of a trampolene with wide surface area out flat.

First - lets get into the standard scrotum stretch position



Second - The technique

Instead of grabbing the scortum right above the testicles, you will instead grab asmuch loose skin as you can at the bottom of your testes.

By this I mean, your not stretching by the scrotum but by holding loose skin right at the bottom of your balls which makes the stretch more intense because you can get more range of motion, for a deeper stretch if you have a pain in the ass turkey neck that needs cureing and especially present at the base area.

I grab this skin with either palms facing up or down for a good grip with my fingers. With the otherhand I would perform the move as usual around the glans, but makesure the foreskin is pulled back at all times

Thirdly - Execution

You pull with the hand holding the glans towards your belly, so a 12 O'Clock and with the otherhand holding around the loose skin, pull towards the floor which is your 6 O'Clock.

Try and also with the hand holding the glans to pull it up out and than hold the stretch .. by this I mean when your pulling your glans towards your belly, you can also start to pull outwards too, so away from you while still pulling upwards but to a 1 or 2 O'Clock which will create more tension on the base skin of the turkey neck when your pulling with the other hand.

The hand that's pulling the testicle skin should be doing it hard, but not so hard that your grip around the glans is slipping or you get pain in the frenulum ... enough stretch to really see a tight movement of skin in the area around the base, and you will see this.

Hold this stretch for as long as you can and keep doing it for 20-30 minutes and you'll notice the turkey neck start to fade away as its getting stretched downwards towards your balls and than becomming part of the skin in your testes sack and scrotum which will than yield more length in your hanging balls ... so really the turkey neck is being put to good use in the longrun as additional size to your hanging bollocks.

Lastly - bundles

I will add another tip when doing scrotum stretches but this tip is more for doing with the standard dld scrotum stretch.

Get into the standard position but this time you bundle your scrotum around either once or twice. I would do it once to start with and I personally cant go more than two bundles.

Once bundled tightly, you can get a good grip around your scrotum and perform the dld scrotum stretch as you would.

Now you will notice more intensity in the skin being stretched, as the bundle has gathered up more of it to get coiled downwards into the stretch.

I've never touch wood had injuries from these or feel pain, but can't promise you wont .. so be careful but what I can say is that if you use these methods regularly that they will help cure the turkey neck faster than most non-surgical methods around.

Very informative for those who are having problems with turkey neck. I'm lucky I never had this problem.
