the fucking future is dead is not here and the fucking past too, they both useless moments they are basically a waste of energy,the fucking present is the only thing that we can consider tangible and real",theres nothing wrong about planning for the future,but noticing that the future is just an image we create in our minds,images we create in our minds we are fucked they are a lie,the past is dead and there is not much we can do about,unless emmet brown can help us out,lol.

Every single day we live in is important i have to learn to understand how to stay in the moment,and yeah feel just like you sometimes i just feel i hate everything too..

That session you designed for me is quite special,i have to cheer my self up and start asap...i dont know how im going to solve it but i should solve it..... have to get session done every day, have a lot a distractors tough,the girl that wants to kiss me and wants to talk I dont want to be rude to her and just let her know i have a lot things to do,she will understand tough,and a few others things and situations i just cant stand..

If the routine is too much why don’t you just go for less work? Maybe go exclusive length over exclusive girth? Maybe break your session up over a few sessions through the day?

I didn’t realize how many people were depressed here. I hope everybody get something out of this thread this feeling depression because nobody should feel depression. There is no worse feeling than being depressed, he robs your life of all feeling and emotion and goes on and destroy relationships.

If you’re depressed and you need help please ask us for help reach out! There’s so many times that I’ve gone to depression where I did not reach out and I did not ask for help and I ended up in a very bad place. So if you think you’re depressed please let us try to help you and if you don’t want to come out here for help get to a therapist. There’s a bright beautiful life out there when you allow it.

Very much so and it’s a great way to really find yourself and understand yourself and learn to love yourself. But you’re right you need a guide in doing it because it can become very spiritual and that can scare some people. So if you’re guiding somebody through this understand how vulnerable they are and make sure that you’re helping them with the issues that they have so when they come out there better for it ❤️

PE is a wonderful way to deal with depression because it keeps your mind in the moment. If you’re able to successfully keep your mind in the moment there is no depression. Those emotions or irrational and based on a time that no longer exists. Learn to love yourself!

Don’t worry too much about the future either because that’ll bring you anxiety. Improve yourself in the moment because the moment is all you have.

Are used to have so much issues with this but I started to use DBT which is a therapeutic way to deal with depression and anxiety. Basically when you let yourself dwell in the past you will feel depression and if you let yourself go into the future too much you’ll feel anxiety. It is best to keep yourself in the moment, the very presence, this is where all of your energy is and in the moment there is nothing going wrong.
