What is with this Phalloson Forte (sorry if I butchered the spelling)?

trust me its the device u NEED to have....its very comfortable..is a all day stretcher which keeps ur penis stretched all day and night........SG can be a bit uncomfortable compared to phallosan ....
SG has more tension than PF....
SG cannot be worn 24 hours like a PF can...well u can but it wont be so comfortable like PF....plus SG is not for night use mainly if u want gains faster
SG can fix bends and curves better than PF
i gotr mine last week and its the best so far .....GET IT !!
 
I think the ultimate ads device is the extender/phallosan combo, although this is very expensive if you don't have either to start with.

The hottest, new technique is using the Phallosan with the SizeGenetics in a creation called the PhalloGenetics:) Love that name.
 
To answer the question directly.

The phallosan is basicly a bell. In which you insert your penis head then you roll a condom down from it that makes an air tight seal between the bell. And the penis
Then you pump up a vacuum and tadaa! You now have a vacuum bell attached to your cock. Which divide the stress on the skin out to the whole area.

Now the pf is delivered with a tension belt. Basicly you take 1 end with a donut on it. And insert the penis through the donut

Thrn the belt is placed around your hips. And the bell is now attached to the other end of the belt.

This is great for all day stretching as it is very discreet in baggy jeans. Or sweatpants

I thought so. It is my favorite new word, my next favorite is what Short said, mindgasm:) I wish someone would come out with a cool word for the LengthMaster combination:)

Do not sleep with any PE device no matter how comfortable they are. All the PE done during the day is enough to bring gains. The Phallosan Forte is trash. If you need an ADS, get the SiliStretcher.
