I keep seeing the term ULI in a lot of the exercise definition but no one says exactly what it is and it's not in the glossary. So can someone give me a clear idea of what a uli is?

Sure thing. An Uli is a basic squeeze type exercise. You get a full erection and grab at the base. Kegel to get to your maximum engorgement and then squeeze that grip on the base HARD. I like to pull up my grip a half inch or so up the shaft for an even greater engorgment.

What's the point of doing it? I mean I know the point of doing kegels but what's so good about an uli?

As you are doing the kegels, it's pushing more blood into your penis. You loosen the grip slightly as you kegel and then tighten it again to trap the blood. The point here is to get full engorgment before your really SQUEEZE.

The point of this is to gain girth. Doing the kegels is simply a step in the exercise. When you do that final squeeze you will be holding it for about 30 seconds.

Thanks, I've been wondering about this exercise too, but was afraid to ask. :D Where would you rank the ULI in effectiveness for girth gains? I'm looking to add something to my routine since I've been doing the noob routine for a few weeks now.

Its a great exercise. Uli's on there own are great but they also form a good basis for other even more hardcore exercises such as horse squeezes, erect bends and pan rolls. Its basically like a really hardcore jelq.

I believe though Uli's need to be done with a "partial erection".

Guys when doing ulis how long do you hold each one for and how many you do total?

Start with like 15 seconds or so and move up. If you're pushing yourself you probably will end up bleeding out of your urethra at some point, so keep that in mind.
