Pretty self explanatory title. i know people have seen a lot of gains from hanging, clamping, and of course the manual exercises DLD teaches. what method has given you the most gains?
 
Definitely manual exercises but I think I would have gained faster if the equipment that is available now was available then. If I had the Length Master back then I know I would have made the gains so much faster. I would have also used ADS methods in addition, like the FastSize Extender. Back then there was the JES extender which costed more than $600 so I did Lazy Ass Stretches instead. Today, with how cheap Penis Enlargement equipment is, men are in a much better position.

Manual exercises assisted with the LM or PA are the fastest way to gain.

A stretches, BTC stretches, and my new homemade pump/siphon(just found a 1/8" in the last 3 weeks!

Manuel exercises done consistently, and the addition of __________ stretch which gained me 1/4" in BPFSL in just over a month.
 
Doing pretty intense straight down stretches several times a day to really hit the ligs. Becareful though your penis gets sore quick doing these.
 
What's up DLD?

With my homemade pump/siphon (fish tank cleaner) I stretch out to 8.75!!! Even with a max fsl I only get to 8.4-5. Thanks 4 the help of your site BIGDOG!!!
 
I just started clamping and this is another exercise I see giving some nice results. After clamping I notice the girth stays for a while longer then after jelqing, but I also jelq before after and during clamping.
 
I got most of my early gains from doing Admirals stretch. It worked for me but it was tailor made to my dick. I think you need to try a couple different things and find what works. the thing I hear most on here is all dicks are different.
 
Hey guys, why is it when I took a couple days off of girth I got thicker?? I was sick for a few days and wasn't really motivated to do girth and when i got better I got back to it. I noticed from that day on i was thicker. Do you think I should take some rest days every now and then?
 
You probably needed a break. If you noticed that much of a gain, maybe it's your body telling you how you scedule should go. 2 on 1 off and so on. LISTEN TO YOUR DICK!!!!
