Well I thought that the Vimax extender was good because of what I read here so I ordered it. But when I tried it, it was so uncomfortable. Heres my story.

January 30 - I ordered the product.

Received on February 6

After questioning them on March 27, they told me they will be sending me my money back within 3-7 business days.

I questioned them again on April 6, they said they did not respond.

I again questioned them on April 10, and they told me today that

"Hello

Please note that you do not comply to our money back guarantee. This is the decision that our manager took so you are not entitled to a refund. We are sorry for the inconveniences created. Please contact us again for anymore questions." They don't say sorry, no reasoning, they don't even try to send the product back. This company is a fraud.

I think the next logical step is to file a chargeback with my credit card company.

Extenders and pumps are a waste of time and more importantly money. The only real inlvestment you need is a few bucks for talcum powder and rubber gloves so you can grip better while stretching.

Surely if the product isn't "fit for purpose" i.e. it's fucked then yes, you should get your money back. I don't see how you can just order something, change your mind, then send it back? Not exactly a scam.

Well you guys may be right, I just look for an easy way.

Anyway they agreed to give me the refund after some bickering, I'll post more details after I receive it.

Extenders aren't a scam I am sure they work if you can put in the hours. As I have said before the discomfort makes this nigh on impossible which is why I believe the vimax/jes extenders with there noose attachments are poorly constructed and designed. ADS's are an excellent supplement to your routine allowing you to heal in the extended state I just can't believe that a lot of them are so impractical. I have a staticstretcher on order and hope this will be the breakthrough item that I have been looking for as I am sure coupled with a solid stretching or hanging routine these can promote excellent length gains.

If they offer a guarantee saying it will work, and don't give you the refund as promised it is a scam, or at least bad business. But the fact of the matter is that extenders work if you put in the time, especially when combined with a manual routine. The only times that I have ever made length gains is when I wore an extender along with the routine.

An extender like the Vimax is difficult to wear 8 hours per day unless you work at home. Look into the Static Stretcher, or the VacExtender. They can be worn comfortably for hours without removing. I speak first-hand for the SS, but word-of-mouth on the VE.

I just got a Vac-Extender today and it is so much better than a stretcher with a noose. I had the one with a noose and just could not wear it for longer than a few minutes. With the Vac-Extender there is no discomfort at all, I could literally forget I was wearing it. I would highly recommend it.

As a consumer, if you use a credit card and you are unhappy with anything you purchase, you have a right to a refund, and if they won't give it to you, do a chargeback -simple as that. This is why I usually only buy things with credit cards -the extra protection of a chargeback. Credit card companies are more than happy to do this for you, as this is part of their customer service which you receive because the fees you pay them pay for this service, and chargebacks don't count against you nor are you charged for this service. Next time, don't bicker, just tell them straight off "Either you give me my money back or I'll do a charge back, plain and simple, this is not open to negotiation!" and see how quickly most companies will comply. ;)

SpeedyMidget,

Can you please tell us where you purchased your Vac-Extender and how much did it cost? Thanks!
