After much research with trial, error, and temporary gains, I have a routine that I've just started using. Any useful criticism's are welcome.
Starting - 8x6
Target - 9x7
Using Manual stretching, jelq variations, and clamping.
Routine:
- 60 minutes of jelq variations and clamping. I.e. 10 minutes of clamping then 10 minutes of jelqing x 3 = 30 minutes each technique and 60 minutes in total.
- 60 minutes of manual stretches. Depending on the day it may be divided into 3 sets of 20 minutes, or 2 sets of 30 minutes.
- Both sessions are then repeated in order to complete 2 hours on per dimension (length and girth). All of which totals 4 hours per day.
- Kegel variations are done to a minimum of 500 reps regardless of the time frame per rep.
If this actually works I might post images and go for 10x8.
*All measurements are NBP
