Upgrade time or just fight through gaiter bite with x30?

Big decision and a mega-Big Pump :) If you get the Goliath you will be very intimidated at first because it is Donald Trump HUGE! Don't let that scare you, it is a kick ass pump reserved for the few.

I wish the sleeves didn't produces as many air bubbles and stayed on better... I am finding myself not really enjoying using them and reverting to no sleeve.

What else can be used to take up some volume is a sponge. It will fill with water and bring greater vacuum.

Why it doesn't stay on? Maybe you got a little lube on the part between the sleeve, and pump wall. For air bubbles have you tried to point the valve up, and shake the pump?

On the actual gaiter?
 
I don't know maybe they crimp up inside the gaiter while in use. If he means the hermetic seal is broken then that would also make sense of the bubbles. Just shave I guess

I wish there were a better solution today but maybe BathMate could create something similar that may really help. I will send a message to BathMate.
 
Well, its just something that you have to deal with. I am fighting two little scabs from the gaiter bites right now, so I have to use the sleeve, but I actually believe the suction/pressure is less than when you dont use the sleeve. That's just my personal experience and feeling.

I started 13 months ago w/the X40 and discovered the VacuVin mod roughly a month into my routine, (20 mins in the morning and 20 mins before bed). The additional negative-pressure created by that mod was a complete game-changer for me...I could see gains within the chamber almost weekly, (like many here, the ruler and/or tape measure is/are complete boner-kills). I could reach 205cm in the X40 but my right testicle would always get sucked-in which was uncomfortable at first, (I have since become used to the sensation) but the real problem was gaiter-bite due to my expansion coupled with the extra space my teste was taking. I tried all of the forum-mentioned remedies to prevent my balls from being sucked-in, but none worked for me, so I figured I'd get The Goliath. The learning curve was pretty steep with this thing since the opening was larger and the gaiter was much stiffer, there was no way to manually achieve enough force to maintain a useable seal...I remembered when I first received my VacuVin that there were several 'spare' tips, so I fashioned-up The Goliath with this mod and 'learned' how to get as much pressure as I could stand. I've been trying to upload a pic of me in the Goliath that I modded, but the system is not being very cooperative...I can email it to someone who's not having the same difficulty

SO as you can see, this is a current pic after 2 weeks with the vacu vin. I am at or above 7 in mark normally but I am wondering if I need to give more girth expansion room.. any help would be appreciated!

If woul will go for bigger model, you will not regret it brother.
Your girth will explode with bigger model.

Definitely time to upgrade. If anything you are missing out on girth gains when the tube is so packed. Get an X40 and let that guy fill the bigger tube!
