Hi all,

I need your help. I think I might have a uncircumcised penis as I get my foreskin all over my glans after I have stretched my penis too hard used with sizegenetics extender. I have been told that I could have a tight pelvic floor muscle which cause the hard flaccid.

How do I know which one of them I do have and how I can treat it??


I do get my foreskin all over my glans when I have a bowel movement, walking around, standing and/or doing any physical activity.

It have make my penis to go small like a child size. I am depressed as I want to get rid it asap so I can get back on the PE.

The only things I can tell is I am suffered with erectile dysfunction as I have weak erections in morning woods, i cant have erection when I need to, I get cold in my glans, my penis get pull back as my foreskin get cover all over on my glans which make it small like a child size when I have a bowel movement. I also get this when I am walking around, standing and/or doing any physical activity. And I also get lower back pain, slow urine and straining when I have a poop.

Do you think if I do have uncircumcised or hard flaccid??

How do I tell if I do have uncircumcised or hard flaccid as both symptoms looks about the same?? ?:(
 
Honestly I'm really lost here, uncircumcised is just when your foreskin is in tact and circumcised is when it's been removed so I dont know how bowel functions etc make any difference? You either have a foreskin or you dont

It sounds to me like you have over stretched your foreskin, most likely due to how you attached your extender, allowing too much skin to be stretched. The reason it seems worse when moving your bowels is because the penis will naturally retract with certain movements. I would not worry on that at all. To correct this you will need to exclusively stretch the penis, not the skin. This should be sone by retracting foreskin completely for every stretch. Eventually your shaft will lengthen and you will see less foreskin.

It could be the foreskin so who knows. I need to find out where the issue is coming from and what I need to force on it to solve the issue. It can be the skin or the the muscle, but I have a strong feeling.

I think it could be the pelvic floor muscle that caused the issues. I have still hurt my back when I move down, my penis get shrunk when I am walking or standing for too long, my penis also get shrunk when I strain after the bowel movement, slow urine and erectile dysfunction. Do you know how I can solve it??

If I don't have a tightness pelvic floor muscle, do you know how I can stretch my penis with the exercises??

Would you recommend if I could use the Sizegenetics by use the low tension to stretch my penis??

If the PFM are the issue it makes sense to strengthen them by doing a kegel routine daily. I think the SizeGenetics or Phallosan would be great choices in helping with this and while you are in the tool itself you can practice kegels. A turtle flaccid needs to learn how to remain elongated and the SG or the Phallosan would definitely make this happen.
 
DLD is definitely an expert when it comes to the workings of PE but I have a few questions for you badboy2011.

When did you first notice this issue?

Was there anything unusual that happened before it started?

What about the pain in your back you mentioned?

Yeah I know DLD is an expert, but my problem got worst when I do the PE and he dont know what is wrong so he is not expert with some area of what I have got.

I first notice of the issue was 3 years ago. My penis got shrunk after I used SizeGenetics.

I'm experiencing with back pain when I move my back forward as it get hurts alot.

Do you know what the issue could be?? PFM??

I will try the kegels and SizeGenetics if the PFM exercises did not work (which it should do) so thanks for your advice.
 
Have you gone to your doctor about this? It doesn't sound like it's just turtling to me.

I would honestly suggest you visit your doctor, especially if you are having back pain in addition to the dysfunction. I guess you could try DLD's advice and then proceed from there.

Yes I have been to the doctor alot of times. They have found nothing wrong with me at all but I have a small varicocele. I found out the varicocele caused by a tight pelvic floor muscle so I need to force on it to allow the PFM to relax before I can get back on the PE.

Just curious to know if you found any solution to your question
