A client responds after reading an intro advanced routine:

Big Al: There may be many practitioners doing those ultra-advanced techniques, but relatively few report any substantial gains and many more report injury or ED. The ability to successfully perform a level of high volume, high intensity training has to be worked towards. That means increasing reps regularly (not just staying at 50) and working towards the point to where you can do those exercises 5 or even 6 x a week. Your penis will adapt, but not overnight. It can take years and will involve much effort, but that's how men like ULI and BIB were able to gain an extraordinary amount of size. Penis Enlargement like that is on a whole other level than what most advanced trainees do.

A good way of gauging whether or not you're doing too much is through your erections. If your erections start to falter and your penis feels tired or sore, you're clearly overdoing it. On that note, you should also be doing some sort of progressive stamina work too. With a bigger penis, you're going to need to pump more blood to it for rock hard erections.

This is in my opinion a classic example as a reason to train hand strength too. As your penis adapts to less intense girth work, you will need to apply more force for more expansion over time. How many guys used to get awesome pumps and have a fat, heavy hang after an intense girth session, but can't get those same post workout results as they become more experienced?
'X' reps of 'Y' exercise for 'Z' time is not always the same for everyone. We all have similar potential of course. Some of us just have to work a lot harder.

Agreed :) Grip strength and endurance is important- especially if one is performing high rep work. With higher intensity training, the shoulders and arms can get heavily involved too.

Buy my clamp biz DLD! Call it the Girth Master

Why not affiliate it with LIGHTNING?

Honestly, there's not enough profit to share with an affiliate arrangement. Cost would have to be more than what most guys would pay for "just" a clamp. It's a shame more men don't know how powerful clamping is. It's a great product.

I have your clamp but I never use it. I just use a regular medium cable clamp with a 2-inch section of silicone sleeve folded/rolled in half as a wrap and it's so easy.

I get that your clamp is probably better in that it's actually the size of 2 cable clamps combined therefore twice as powerful but it's just way more of a hassle to use than I think most guys would like.

If you could slightly redesign it in a way that allowed it to click into place easily and unlatch easily like the regular ones instead of using the nut, bolt and washer I think that would really help. Just my thoughts.

I appreciate your feedback, but don't understand the "hassle" concept. To each their own though.

I can't use a sleeve as a wrap, takes a bit of time and effort just to get started, have to be really careful I don't pinch myself, not that quick to get in and out of = hassle.

I just use a small section of sleeve doubled up when I clamp but I can't do that with the hanger clamp, or girthmaster if you will.

I mess with wrapping enough for the lengthmaster so I just don't really want to have to mess it with even more for clamping. I know it probably wouldn't take much but still.
