I found this routine on this site posted by turnover who got it somewhere else. But I could not find it any more so I'll post it again.

- 100 reps of 1 second hard and fast violent kegels doing each rep as hard as you can and fast
- 25 reps of 2 second kegels
- 5 reps of 20 sec. kegels do these extremely hard as possible where your picturing that your lifting up your entire head/glans upward as if doing erect kegels (you can do thes in the Bathmate as well and acting like your trying to lift your glans against the roof of the Bathmate)
- relax pc muscle for 45 sec.
- kegel burns - as slow as possible squeeze your pc muscle painfully slow for as long as possible and breath while you squeeze ever so slowly towards a full power squeeze.
- when you get to the full on squeeze after doing the kegel burn try to hold it to failure

- reverse kegels / DLD blasters (opt.) if you want to throw it in there but this is just for regular kegels

The only thing I added was the kegel burns directly before the kegel to failure rep to make it more intense because the kegel burns are just too good to pass up. I like to do them while in the Bathmate or while doing pillow fowfers. I added this same routine in my sticky post in the newbie section. This is basically all the kegel variations I could think of in one shot so if anyone has anything to add please post.

Oh yeah and you also might want to look into the PNF stretch. It's a kegel exercise you do while stretching which was posted by that king kong guy on pegym. I have it in my notes somewhere so I'll post it tomorrow but it's a good kegel exercise to do while stretching other than the DLD blasters.
 
Love the waves of support keels get. The kegel was such a land mind realization in the creation of DLD Blasters. I truly believe that if we did not push the kegel and reverse kegel Penis Enlargement would still be a dragging process as it was only a decade ago.
 
When do you do your DLD blasters? What does your kegel routine look like DLD?

Blasters are always done before any equipment work like the SizeGenetics as it help me loosen my ligaments and pre-exaust them before long, medium tension sessions. Kegels I have no real routine, I do them constantly:)
 
That answered a lot of questions for me on when to do kegels because I was really slacking on them. Now I feel that I should do them as much as possible, thanks DLD!
 
Glad I stumbled on this thread. I almost forgot about kegels. When you forget about kegels you know you've been out of the gain for a while. I'll do a big set before I go to sleep.
 
I know right Medicated I was seriously neglecting the kegels as well and they are so important for gains. I like doing them before I sleep too because your not doing anything so it's a good time to do them but sometimes you just feel to tired.

I have another quick question DLD. What kind of kegel form do you do through out the day. Like how long do you hold them and how many reps I'm curious because I want to do what you do lol. :)

I'm interested also. As my day passes mostly sitting why not put the downstairs to work :D
