Is there any rule of thumb you guys follow between breaking up jelqing and stretching?

Some days I can do one before work, and the other after, but some days my time only allows for one after the other.

Is is safe to stretch right after jelqing, given there is a hot wrap in between?
 
Switching it up a bit can be great from time to time, like doing length right after your girth session.
DLD talks about it in the SRT-Thread @Week 2 Girth AM (learning to stretch a thicker penis)

You should always do a warm-up :)! And BM on light pressure can be great for that.

Length work should always be first.Never do girth work before length work because the penis is very thick and expanded and it will be very hard to stretch.So stretching should be done first,followed by jelqing.

You are correct. SRT gives an almost endless supply of exercises and tool work that can be built upon through intensity or different use of tools. Many men think SRT is for advanced men but that is simply not the case, the first 3 weeks of SRT are rather gentle and progressive in intensity. By the 4th week you should be completely primed for the complete SRT experience.

April 1st, will be the day I incorporate SRT into my PE journey. I'll only be a month into conditioning by then but I'm a total believer in your system.

lol, I tried the exact opposite way:) I did length in the AM because it takes no brain power, just strength. In the morning I am tired and would never get a good girth session in. Girth for me is a night time deal. I am more focused at night and able to keep the eq necessary for a good workout. Plus, when I was with a woman, I always did girth right before sex so I was at my biggest.
