Ok first off this is not a post to be taken entirely seriously. In fact, it's quite tongue in cheek as I'm working on a good buzz. Some of this post may even come off as a near pointless ramble. My overall message though, I hope at least, will be a positive one.

I just finished my daily pump/clamp routine and thought of how things are going for me lately with Penis Enlargement. Truth is, they're going amazingly well. I'm gaining again, breaking past that 6.25'' girth I'd been at for a while now. I attribute the new gain to mainly my dedication to my routine, spurred on by the Bathmate. The Bathmate has been a great tool to motivate me to Penis Enlargement again. It's fun to use, and easy to use. It's also (my opinion) the hands down, best way to ''warm up'' before an intense girth session. I fill mine with HOT water before inserting myself. The water is almost hot enough to burn, but just slightly less than that. I'm a guy who normally embraces the idea that a ''warm up'' could be better invested as actual Penis Enlargement time, but this is different. That's because, most ''warm up'' things guys do are just slightly better than jerking off as far as productivity goes. Using the Bathmate (or other water pump btw) truly does ''warm up'' the penis...not just from a temperature standpoint either. The body quickly normalizes itself when you try and raise the temperature from the outside in. That's why I've felt wraps, hot soaks, rice socks, lamps and so on were a waste of time usually. BUT, warming the penis AND expanding it in this manner and THEN doing girth work...oh man, it's amazing.

My sessions keep getting better and better. I consider myself a very seasoned and advanced Penis Enlargement guy. My sessions are probably about as intense as I could go without injuring myself. I honestly believe they are. For example, I use two clamps at the base and do things such as squeeze as hard as I can right on top of the top clamp, add more squeeze by squeezing directly on top of the grip of the first hand, then I pull forward as hard as I can whilst holding both the squeezes and the pull forward. I use all the upper body strength I can muster for that forward pull. I hold these things for as long as I can before needing a short break to shake my hands out and then re-stimulate myself/push my clamps back to the base (they might move forward 1'' usually) before doing my next ''rep'' per se. Each session (after my 20-25 minutes with the Bathmate) usually lasts about 20 minutes. That's it. I feel like I pack more than enough intensity into each of my sessions even though they are ''only'' around 20 minutes. I was trying to think though, if I could get any more intensity into the clamping part of my sessions. I just don't think I can. What I'm doing IS working, don't get me wrong..but there's still that little voice in the back of my head trying to find something else I could do to add more to what I'm already doing. Then it hit me like a pile of bricks!

I need a bodybuilding midget (or little person if you prefer)! He can squeeze and grab my penis in a similar fashion, but with his added 120+ pounds of body weight, and no doubt extra gripping strength, he'd be able to take my workouts to the NEXT, next level!

ps, I think your workouts are about as intense as one would dare to get. Don't hurt yourself!

I also forgot to mention above, I TRAIN my grip strength directly 3 days per week with my Captains Of Crush number 1 grippers. They take 140lbs of pressure to close completely.

CoC are the best tool for acquiring true crushing grip strenght i have all grippers from them. T,1,1.5,2,2.5,3,3.5 and 4.
I almost can close CoC 3 now in a few months i think i will manage to close it.
It sounds funny but i urge everyone that does serious Penis Enlargement to buy one of this thing to increase the intensity of their stretching workout cause most of the time its the girp that fails us and not the penis as we want to.

Very true.
I really need to push myself if I want to hold a stretch for 1 min with proper intensity. It is my weakest link in manual stretching.
