Im actually not getting this. Heres is what i do. I use 2 pieces of a cut off sock, the ends, put it around my flaccid penis directly in the middle or .1 above, put the big sock over, then tie with the little sock and after that i just tie the weights and hang. It slides down a little bit, but i can feel my head and im not feeling any skin around it. I can also feel blood trapped in the head. It seems to be working very well so far, and the stretch i feel in the ligs when i go heavier is very good.

Hey Buddy,
Id say that skin being pulled is ok as long as its not interfering with the hang. If your skin is taught you've got too much skin bunched up. It should be still a little loose all the way up. If it is puling you are lessening the intensity of your hangs, because of the skin taking some of the weight on itself, and - stretching it. So like i said its something you learn with experience on your own. Try getting like 70 - 80 percent erect this helps ALOT.

Well, im not sure how your hanging, but if you are hanging, then i geuss you've got it happening. I just tie a large strong sock onto the weight. I insert my penis into the open end of the strong sock and tie something (like a smaller sock) around the larger sock, clamping it around the upper most part of my cock. It then pulls down a little and stops at my head and the whole lot hangs. The stretch is awesome from hanging. - But like that guy said Theres no such thing as a free lunch. Its the easy, quick, cheap option. Use it, don't use it. :)
 
Just an update on my sock hanger set up. When you tie the smaller sock make sure the knot is on the UNDER side of your head. Its more comfortable and in some way protects the sensitive connective tissue that extends into you glans/urethra area.
 
I have tested hanger up to 37lbs and I have a few customers in the 40s. I cannot imagine a sock hanger at anywhere near that. Might as well use a noose.

i use your hanger it's great, but one criticism i have is that at higher weight like 40+ lbs, it slips sometimes, more than i like, it takes a very precise wrap and tightening to keep it well hung. And this takes extra time that it shouldn't, but on the other side it works great up to 35 lb, definitely a good starter, and cheap too. can't be your deal.
I have how ever been fooling around with the idea of keeping my head engorged while hanging, this would more than likely end the slippage over the glans, and i read on another thread that someone who did this seen actual permanent glans size gains.
 
Pinching where? In the skin is usually fixed by tighter wrap, avoiding thera band. That stuff is prone to bunching up, causing skin pinch. Top of the penis, open the bottom settings to sit lower in the hanger. Bottom pinch, should be easy.

i think i'm just having general trouble with finding the smoothest material, there's nothing like hanging 40lbs when you have a crease destroying your shaft, ouch. the crazy thing is, im pretty sure the hanger could handle more weight, if i could get it to stop slipping at 50lbs.

That will help with head size. Just monitor for bruising.

Awesome, i've been trying to get it to work, but i get hard to easily and then i cant properly close the clamp.

Yep, it's a material sold in foot care areas in stores. Likely near where you would find the suggested self adhesive wrap that you're (should be) using for your outer wrap. Imagine wrapping your penis in a layer of silk first. It's pretty close and much less abrasive under the pressure of higher than average (over 20lbs) weights than other cloths are.
