Hi everyone,

This is a key for extender users and could also be really effective for manual Penis Enlargementers using a extender as an ADS together with their manual pe.

I have surfed around a lot at extender forums and tried to find what extender users (extender exclusively) said about hours put in, stretch level and length of sets.
All seem to agree that as long as you are stretching OVER bpel in your extender you are going to gain in erect length. They recommend 1/8" - 1/2" over erect length. (they recommended measuring bpel, not using nbpel because the extender base "sinks into your fat pad")
(I have for a couple of months stretched 1/2" over bpel, and gains have been ok.)
Some also wrote:
"If you don´t stretch beyond bpel you will only see flaccid gains."

They have also calculated a average "per hour growth"(when stretching over bpel), being somewhere between .0005" per hour to .0007" per hour.

Some of it seems to make sense to me. A lot of theese guys have recieved good gains.

Most users here at MOS use it as a ADS and a I don´t know which amount of stretch they use, they don´t talk about it often.
It could be a good idea for everyone here using it as an ADS to work gradually up to the point beyond bpel in their extender, this could make their ADS work even more effective.

I´ve found most of this info at fastsize forums.

fastsize is a extender brand, looks exactly like jes or vimax.

This really doesn't make any sense if you think about it. If you only see flaccid gains, without erect gains, the only difference is blood flow. If you add actual tissue, there will be flaccid AND erect gains. That is fact.

That is very reasonable. It equates to about half an inch in 5-6 months if worn 8-12 hours daily.

Yeah there really isn't a lot of talk about extenders here. Thundersplace has a lot of talk about extenders, with some members getting into in-depth discussions of equations and theories and many how-to guides on building your own. If you're into that kinda thing, maybe check it out...

Thanks for the post. I am getting a static stretcher next week, so I will keep this in mind...

Goldmember, I hope you're getting a vacuum device. It is a whole lot less painful.

BTW, fedora, great post!

cosign vacum ones are so much better than others, aside from the fluid buildup which still kinda worries me sometimes

Some things I want to clear out...

I don´t in anyway see extender as a replacement for manual pe. I have some info and experience about using a extender and I see that a lot of Mos:ers have questions about it (what I meant was that they don´t go into details about stretching levels etc.).
I want to contribute with the my experience on extender use, and extender use combined with manual pe. I have never interested in "Extender vs Manual pe", to me all that could give gains is interesting. Manual Pe is I think the bst, and becomes even better lengtwise when complemented with an extender.
You guys at MOS have done so much for me when it comes to manual pe.

If I could help people that have bought an extender to find a proper way of using it and to have maximum effect from it, regardless of using it as an ads or exclusive, I´m happy and willing to help.
Padding materials, protection and gripping, when to add bars, stretching level in contrast to bpel, all have a effect in results.

Some of the info I got from the extender forums are probably correct, some not, I just collected interesting topics that people talked a lot about and lot of people seemed to agree on, with most focus on the vets.

Just wanted to clear this things out!

Thanks,
Fedora
