Hi guys, whats up? I want to speak about kegeling and harder erection because it's very important for Penis Enlargement progress. What have you notice after doing kegels exercises? I have always done them erect, never in flaccid state. Do you think ERECT KEGELS are better ? I never do 3 or 5 long kegels in the end of the kegel routine...maybe I should do the long kegels...pls share your experience. Mine is
-bigger penis glans (I naturally have small penis glans,now it's big :) )
-stronger member
-upward shape (for me this is negative effect, but if u want the g-spot go for it)
-longer lasting capacity
-better self-esteem
 
my most important note on the kegel is not to "just do it".

when i got most out of it was when i realized that there is alot of different muscles down there.

so what i really got something out of. was to learn to locate the pc muscle.

most people either tense their butt or their abs while tensing their pc. since they havent learned to isolate it.

so try to separate them.

first tense your stomach.

then tense your pc.

release the tension in your stomach and keep it in the pc muscle.

and repeat this. also do it with the butt (like when you really need to go tp the bathroom for the big one. and your holding it in.) this is alot harder as they are really close. but by learning this method you get alot more intimate with your kegel muscles. and suddenly you get way more out of it.

i don't ejaculate half of the time i have sex now. i have incredible sex and love it. and i orgasm but i don't ejaculate.

came after i starter learning this.

and remember guys. it is not a pumping contest. see it as a control thing. learn to tense it at max. learn to really relax it. get it under control. by just pumping it you don't really change that much. in my experience.

what a beautiful post. So you say that the most important thing about KEGELING is to exercise only the PC muscle not the stomach or the butt.Right?

This is a truly amazing post and it is very inspirational. You stated some effects I would love to have. There was a period I kegeled 12 hours a day in and developed quite better PC strength, but did not get the kind of effects you had. I don't understand how you did it. Is there something more specific you can say as advice to me and all the brothers chasing after these awesome effects. Also, how much time did it took for you to get to this level and get these effects.

I too have an upward curve now that I never had. Couldn't figure out if it was from kegels or jelqs. I have only been on this site about a year, so I don't have sagely advice for anything, however I feel like personally 1200 kegels a day is my minimum. I seem to get more frequent random chubbies, raging morning woods and better hard-ons in general. I actually notice that 1000 a day isn't nearly as good for me as 1200 a day. Which may sound odd. I feel like I have also isolated the PC muscle. It helps me to do it in various positions. Right or wrong, I don't take days off. I know some people do, for some reason it works for me to push thru.
 
grapeape, do you really count your kegels? I think, if you stick to a certain tableau in terms of rep speed, it's not that difficult to just extrapolate the time needed after having counted them a few times. do you do the fast ones? Otherwise I imagine it would be a very time absorbing mission
 
When I did 12 hours a day kegels I did hold them for around 3 sec or so. Didn't count :)

Honestly, it depends on the day bud. Some days I feel like doing 1200 quick jabs. Some days I set the stop watch and do hold a as long as I can and get passed 20:00 on the stop watch, regardless if they are 40 second holds or 4 second holds. I just hit the stopwatch when I'm going and stop it when I'm resting. Other days I count 5 second holds and text myself a running tally as the day goes on because sometimes with my job I only have time for 50 or 100 at a time.

It's not necessary to count, I'm just neurotic and a numbers geek. I don't count jelqs however, zambro suggested I don't do that so I keep jelqing more sexual and less methodical (which was helpful advice)

I masturbate more on days when I do kegel because it makes me feel horny always. I don't have a specific kegel routine. I just do equal amount of kegel and reverse kegel.

I do short kegels and reverse kegels for about 10 seconds and repeat.
