Hey Guys,

I'm back with some measurements:

FL: 4 1/8"
FG: 3 3/4"

EL: 6 1/2"
EG: 4 7/8"

Now I'm pretty sure there maybe some variance on my EL/EG because I seem "fuller" after making love to my Wife. But I'm going with these as I was rock hard thanks to a "helping hand".

I'll update my thread regularly.

Now all I have to do is sit back, enjoy some Kegels and wait for my Bathmate to arrive.

Hey Guys,

I've come up with a (bath) routine:

Pre-Warmup (30 minutes before session)
- Consume a 16 ounce protein shake


10-Minute Soak (15 minutes before session)
- This will allow the penis to become soft and loose.


5-Minute Warmup (5 minutes before session)
- Basic stretching and massaging of the penis.


10-Minute Bathmate Session
- Starting at low pressure, increasing to medium/high pressure gradually.


5-Minute Massage Session
- Basic stretching and massaging of the penis.


(About) 5-Minute "DLD Hardcore Bathmate Stretches"
- Up: 2 Sets/40-seconds
- Out: 2 Sets/40-seconds
- Out, Left: 2 Sets/40-seconds
- Out, Right: 2 Sets/40-seconds


5-Minute Massage Session
- Basic stretching and massaging of the penis.


(About) 5-Minute "DLD Hardcore Bathmate SUPenis EnlargementR-Stretches"
- Down: 3 Sets/30-seconds
- Down, Left: 3 Sets/30-seconds
- Down, Right: 3 Sets/30-seconds


10-Minute Massage Cooldown
- Basic stretching and massaging of the penis.


- Finish the routine with a 16-oz post-workout protein shake.

Hey Guys,

I am back from my first session.

- I was able to pump up to 160.
- I was only able to do the 2 sets of the "out" stretch. I was having issues keeping the Bathmate attached to me (I didn't want to pump anymore past 160 as I was getting sore at the base). But when I did do a full stretch, holy crap!
- I have a very slight "doughnut" 2/3's of the way down the shaft.
- I see a couple of red marks around the ridge of the head. Otherwise no other marks or discolorations.
- I do feel some "temporary girthy improvement"

It maybe be the first workout, but I'm quite pleased with it.

Hey Guys,

Sorry for the delay in posting! Been a busy beaver at work.

I was "gentle" the first week. Every other day and I kept it between 160 and 170.

This week was 3 on, 1 off 2 on (3rd session coming this afternoon). My max is now 185!

I had to take one day off because I was a bit sore at the base (I'm a skinny guy and I don't have much padding). I noticed how easy it was to pump on to 170 last night.

Ahhhhhh progress.

Hey Hey,

Time to update. DLD and a few others asked for an updated measurement. I'll provide that for you a little bit later tonight (Wifey wants to play!). To refresh your memory, here were my starting measurements using a flexible measuring tape, with the end up against my pubic bone:

Erect Length: 6 1/2"
Erect Girth: 4 7/8"

Now I have been using the Bathmate Herc "on and off" for a few months. I say on and off because I found that if I did a session on a Monday and tried to do another session on Tuesday, I couldn't duplicate the results of Monday. I've been able to reach 200 (and sometimes a little bit above) on a consistent basis. I've been doing manual stretches everyday in the shower, and SSJ's during my Bathmate sessions. I have not been able to do any of DLD's Hardcore Stretches because I haven't found a good position to do them in. But then I had an epiphany. I'm going to try sitting on the edge of the tub during tomorrow nights session.

With that said, I'm off to chase 'da Wifey around the house. Updated measurements later!
