Hey guys, I know there is Performer5 and other great pills to increase ejaculate volume on the market, but I am looking at stacking a few supplements that can be found at local food/nutrition stores. My goal is not to mainly increase sperm count, or sperm health, just overall increase the amount of total ejaculate during orgasm. Not trying to get a girl pregnant, just increase total cum during orgasm.

I came across a thread where a guy tested like 7 "popular" supplements, and here are his personal results:

"This seems to be a point of interest for many people here. I know one of my main goals in performing Penis Enlargement exercises was to improve sexual health. Along with that was to increase the intensity of my orgasm and ejaculate. While I quickly discovered that Kegels could help generate more power behind my orgasm, I haven’t (thus far anyway) been able to find an actual exercise that increased orgasm intensity and load size.

So, I started testing supplements. This took awhile but I finally have complete results.

I gave the following supplements individually 3 weeks of continued use and then recorded each one’s effectiveness. I jerked off every other day (20 minutes of edging) and maintained a similar diet and water intake to the best of my ability. For health purposes, I only followed the recommended dosage with each supplement.

1. L-Arginine: 1000mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 1000mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: NO
Positives From Taking: It may have increased erection firmness
Any Ill Side Effects: None

2. L-Lysine: 1000mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 1000mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: NO
Positives From Taking: Nothing that I am aware of
Any Ill Side Effects: Minor – Light-headed 30 minutes after taking for about 10 minutes.

3. Korean Ginseng: 500mg Strength. Taken 2 times daily. Total = 1000mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: NO
Positives From Taking: Nothing that I am aware of
Any Ill Side Effects: Major – On 6 separate occasions, I developed terrible headaches.

4. Zinc: 50mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 50mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: YES – Somewhat Noticeable
Positives From Taking: Somewhat noticeable increase in my cum amount
Any Ill Side Effects: None

5. Pygeum: 100mg Strength. Taken 2 times daily. Total = 200mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: YES – Definitely Noticeable
Positives From Taking: Definite increase in cum amount, greatly increased pre-cum
Any Ill Side Effects: None

6. Maca: 450mg Strength. Taken 3 times daily. Total = 1350mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: NO
Increase Amount of Cum: NO
Positives From Taking: It may have made me hornier
Any Ill Side Effects: Minor – This stuff definitely made me dizzy

7. Lecithin: 1200mg Strength. Taken 1 time daily. Total = 1200mg
Increase Orgasm Intensity: YES
Increase Amount of Cum: YES
Positives From Taking: Much much bigger loads. Amazing increase in orgasm intensity
Any Ill Side Effects: None


These results prompted me to do one more test. I tested all of the supplements that I saw good results with as a supplement stack. Lecithin, Pygeum, Zinc, and I added L-Arginine. I kept the same dosage with each supplement and tested this stack for 3 weeks.

And I have discovered the holy grail of orgasms.

The Cum Holy Grail
(1) L-Arginine, 1000mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1000mg
(2) Zinc, 50mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 50mg
(3) Pygeum, 100mg Strength, Taken 2 times daily = 200mg
(4) Lecithin, 1200mg Strength, Taken 1 time daily = 1200mg

As a side note: After being on Pygeum for 5 straight weeks now, I leak pre-cum like a damn faucet. This stuff definitely activates the Cowper’s gland."

So, he personally only noticed an increase with 3 of those "popular" supplements; Zinc, Pygeum, and Lecithin.
Is it pretty much believed these are the 3 best at increasing ejaculate volume (along with a lot of water/celery)?
Other than the 3 he had success with, which supplements would you suggest (that aren't on his list) to take along with those 3? I really don't want to take more than 5 or so supplements a day, so I was thinking of using zinc, pygeum and lecithin, and was curious which other 2 supplements you would suggest to take?

Maybe one day I will step up to performer5, but for now I want to try stacking supplements that can be found locally. Thank you guys!

Is that just to increase sperm count in the ejaculate, or increase overall ejaculate fluid volume? I don't care to "create more sperm", just trying to make more fluid "cum" out, even if there is 0 sperm in it.
 
Lecithin and Pygeum should be good! Get natural lecithin though, non-GMO stuff. Drinking water helps a lot. Zinc is one building stone in my opinion, it also helps making a bigger load and makes the sperm better the same time.
Train your PC muscles, edge and really work those muscles when you shoot!
L-Arginine could / or should be replaced with L-Citrulline. Many report even better results when using L-Citrulline. (Penis Enlargement and gym wise.) L-Citrulline will break down to L-Arginine actually.
You can also google secrets of a pornstar cumshot.

My own view is: Zinc, L-Citrulline, Lecithin and Pygeum. And decent amount of water! Water is very essential.
I have yet to try Tongkat Ali, but there's so many brands and strengths that I must research it more. It too has been linked to increased amount of ejaculation.
 
The new Super Supplement System has a pill exclusively for increase in volume as a stand alone supplement and it is very powerful. I believe the system will be available in 2 weeks according to LIGHTNING, along with the other 3 supplements in the system.
 
I guess it seems as though everyone agrees on zinc, l-arginine, lecithin and pygeum.
(or L-Citrulline instead of arginine)

Last time I was looking for zinc and other supplements I couldnt seem to find lecithin or pygeum in any local stores. anyone know of a good place to check besides walmart?

Thank you, but I was/am looking to pick these up locally, but did not see L-arginine (or L-Citrulline), lecithin or pygeum at walmart. Anyone know if any other stores would have these instead of ordering online?
 
If local; then probably your health food store. Living somewhere where there's Walmart, I bet you can find a health food store. Some might not have the product on shelf, but are probably able to order it for you.
 
Just picked everything up besides pygeum. I went to like different stores that had a pretty big assortment of every vitamin/supplement you could think of, except for pygeum. Hopefully the zinc and lecithin will up my ejaculate volume, and hope the l-arginine/ l-citrulline increase erection firmness... maybe one day I will go for Performer5

I think you will see improvements with zinc and lecithin. Pygeum is a bit more difficult to come by on it's own. Even I use a product that has something else that pygeum.

Lol, Im going to try to! How many days do you think I should hold off before ejaculating? Ive read after like 3 days your body absorbs it and starts over...So should I wait like 3 days? 4 days? 5 days?
 
Three days is good. We're all inviduals though, but three days is pretty much a safe bet. Of course edging etc., will also create more sensation, usually leading to bigger ejaculation. So no AK-47 rapid fire stroking, take your time and build up!
And all in all, supplements can take time to work for you. Some supplements must be taken for month or two to see real results, but I repeat, as we're inviduals, there's no saying how fast one can see improvement.

I don't think your body absorbs all of it, you just can not continue producing past a certain point without your body ceasing production or recycling some of the old. I have gone a week plus before and the loads were pretty decent, I could only imagine if my body continued producing for a months without jerking it (not that I would be able to last that long). ;)
 
I had mild results before with l-arganine l-lysine zinc grape seed extract and saw palmetto. been looking for cheap real tong kat ali to try but I can't find any, anyone know where to find a good one at a fair price? or have info on it's potency?
 
I've used TestoJack 100 by Now Foods in the past. It has a decent amount of Tongkat Ali.

Note: Bodybuilding dot com has one too.
