Well there seems to be some progress with the method I'm using so far, I measured last night since it was a "rest" day, 5 hrs instead of 10 in the phallosan. And only two 5 minute sessions in the bathmate (measured beforehand). Looks like I'm up 1/8" in bpel and 1/4" in girth(8"x5.5"), which is pretty impressive considering it's been 32 days. I'm expecting things to slow down though, as I tend to get "chunks" of gains when I switch things up. Same thing happened when I started using the bathmate, I gained around 1/4" in both departments, but still stoked on reaching 8" regardless.

Congrats on the gains, but be cautious with those girth measurements. You might need a few days off pumping and other girth work to get a truly accurate measurement.

That's one of the reasons I always like to measure my maximum expanded state in a clamp. It's not measuring my real girth (obviously) but it's still showing progress. You can see a lot of those pics in my progress thread.
 
Yeah there may be some residual pump, but it had been well over 24 hours since I had pumped last. I measure like that every time to keep consistent.

Then Congratulations! After 24 hours you are straight tissue expansion. Water always leaves within this long of a period.
 
That point about tunica deformation duration is awesome. Obviously that's what SRT is based on, but if we could find out more about the duration, we could really optimize things. For example, let's just say that the duration is three minutes. So if I do a stretch for 2 and a half, I'd get something out of it, but pushing to three would be almost instantaneous progress, no?

Then of course, going for too much longer than the correct duration would probably cause injury. But it's an interesting field of study
 
Duration does seem to be key. I have yet to find a way to maintain duration long enough though (with rigid erection). That's why I haven't been posting much. Frustrating lol

Hey guys, haven't checked in in a while just been busy with life. Not much real PE lately cuz it's just been hectic for me this summer lol. Anyway, I wanted to check back
And see if anyone has discovered anything more about the prispism/megalophallus relationship and how we can simulate it. This is obviously the holy grail of PE. Undiscovered.

I do had a cool new piece of info for you guys who are interested in the science of it. I came across a medical case report called "An unusual case of priapism". I read it entirely and here's the gist:

1: dude has sickle cell disease. Has normal penis size to start with.
2: has 63 episodes of priapism over the course of 6 years.
3: extreme growth of penis takes place to the point of over 7in length and over 6.5in girth FLACCID.
4: dude is fully functional DOES NOT have ED after all priapism and growth
5: the doctors theory: his priapisms were caused by INCOMPLETE venous obstruction. Meaning his penis stayed enforced during priapism but blood flow was not entirely cut off (because he didn't get fibrosis or ED). They believe that he was exposed to periods of oxygen deprivation so much that smooth muscle was stimulated to grow BUT not so much that it caused cell death.

We know that hypoxia (low oxygen) stimulates smooth muscle hyperteophy. But the key is just enough hypoxia to stimulate but not enough to kill cells.


At this point, I am 100% convinced that megalophallus is NOT caused by extreme pressure. You can't get enough pressure to deform the penis that much. No way. It's actual smooth muscle growth. Smooth muscle makes up about 50% of the penis. If I can grow 50% of the tissue in your penis even a ring bit, it would make a very significant difference...50% is a lot of tissue with growth potential. Guys, we have to figure out how to do this.

I'm back to experimenting with hose clamping till my penis is purple. I think maybe if I do that for an hour or two per day every day, I can possibly stimulate the tissue to grow but not damage it. Any thoughts please share.

I just read that, thanks so much! That guy definitely thinks like me and you. The first step is realizing that the penis IS a muscle and hypertrophy WILL result in overall size gain. But he still didn't really cover the absolute best way to stimulate the smooth muscle to grow.. he proved it can be done, but the best method to do it...that's still in question to me. Hypoxia, prolonged force, mechanical vs chemical stimulation,? No one seems to be sure yet. The closest thing I have is that most recent study I cited, which credits the growth to low oxygen. So rare is kind of discouraging but encouraging in the fact he did not become impotent. 63 cases of priapism is just insane and he should not have a functional penis but he does. We need to continue to research and attempt this.
 
Exactly. It seems that the growth wasn't sudden either like with other priapism megalophallusds. His was a progressive thing that caused a little growth every time and built new functional tissue like working out skeletal muscle in the gym. I've been clamping till my penis is purple every night. Then releasing and allowing blood back in. So about an hour of completely constricted CC with blood becoming deoxygenated. I've done this for a week so far. What report any changes I notice.

I really think that is correct, his condition was little by little but how long did each episode last and what was the total time with the disease? This could give us numbers to go by. Like, 64 episodes that lasted 3 hours each over a 6 month period. This would give us the equation we need to try. This is getting exciting as we start to unfold these specifics. We may have been putting in too much effort in the wrong way.
 
Im glad we are on the same page. And unfortunately, I'm really not sure the duration of all those episodes. All I know is that when I clamp off an erection it goes purple / dark grey within about an hour. So that's as long as I'm willing to go. Hopefully those short periods of oxygen starvation are enough to stimulate a tiny bit of tissue growth. And over time every day every week, hopefully it will add up. The penis smooth muscle is a VERY small amount of tissue. And I eat tons of protein, use anabolic steroids, and get plenty sleep so I really don't think I need days off to recover. I think that growth of such small tissues can recover very fast. And I'm not going to stop this experiment this time. I'm going to do atleast one "clamp until dark purple" season per day if not 2 or 3 sessions.

I may send a message to the doctor who did the study, maybe get a reply. That would be a huge help.
