Im starting to stretch the Tunica are there any stretches that anyone has done that have given you the best length gains from stretching the Tunica?
There are a lot available i want to find out the best gains guys have made from certain stretches or routines with your hands or with what ever device you have used so i can add them to my routine.
P.S can you point out how long you stretched for until you saw gains,how much intensity,did you stretch 7 days a week?,and did you wear a ADS?
I have a Bathmate,Power Assist Length Master,and a Penimaster Pro.

LengthMaster Rolls are an incredible exercise for Tunica gains. Bundled Blasters are another very insane tunica focused exercise. A-Stretches at high angles are also very good and they can be done with the PowerAssist for even more intensity.

I don't think I can gauge how much I have gained tunica-wise but I have always included high angle stretches. Effecting the tunica takes a lot of focus and consistency, as it is stubborn, but this is where many veterans look for gains when they feel they have tapped out in ligament gains. I personally think the two highlight each other. After a lot of tunica stretching I thing we are able to make new ligamental gains.

Would it be best to stretch the septum before stretching the tunica?
DlD what do you think is the best exercise's to stretch the septum?

LengthMaster Rolls is that turning the penis clockwise or counter clockwise in the LM and pulling out?
Also A-stretches at high angles mean the LM is positioned closer to the base of the penis then the head?
Loving the Length Master i will be doing as many stretches as possible with the Length Master to reduce fatigue on my hands and getting a better stretch.

What you are describing is Twists but they also are very good with the Tunica, just like Bundled Stretches. Rolls would be rolling back the LM after the penis is stretched straight out.
 
Ok thanks the A stretches ill stretch at the base [pubic hair] bundled and I'm going to use the Length Master attachment only to be able to roll more.

Sounds perfect.
 
pretty much any kind of twist or bundling will enhance the stretch on your tunica. I like to do a few sets up twisted stretches in every direction, like you would with the typical manual stretches. then of course blue whale's __________ stretch is a good one. you can tweak it to be even more intense.

Most stretches using the LengthMaster will greatly effect the Tunica. Rolls and Twists will directly translate to Tunica stretching. The other nice thing about the LengthMaster is upward stretching is so much easier than doing it with your hands. With my hands I never feel like I can get a strong stretch stretching upward but once in the LM chamber the stretches are limitless.

For over 4 months now I've been sitting on the edge of my bed while doing the expressive stretches with the length master. I hold the stretch for 1 minute each. I stretch upward and straight out only.

After the 6th month, I will start stretching downward for another 6 months.
