What up guys, just thought I'd share this awesome torrent with everyone looking to get in shape.

Personally, I focused too much on Penis Enlargement and not enough on working out in the last few years. Decided to get in shape, and found out about Rippetoe's program. It's awesome! No more BS- just a few basic barbell exercises that work the whole body in a short time.

Watch the videos, read the book, have someone help you with your form until you get it down pat, and get stronger! Mark Rippetoe is a fitness legend. Anyway, hope this helps some of you guys out!
 
Rippetoe himself will tell you that this isn't going to make you 'fit'. Starting strength is designed to make you strong. He usually advocates it with GOMAD (gallon of milk a day) which makes you big and strong.

Fitness is a whole other story. Strength is definitely a part of fitness. But for general physical preparedness Rippetoe advocates crossfit.
 
As a fitness professional I highly recommend Rippetoes work... I started gaining again after adjusting some of my form to a power style suggested by Rippetoe. More weight moved is more intensity added and that equals better muscle gains.
