I have tried the ssjs and i have felt great possibilities of growing and getting important gains, i started last week but i havent exercised this week, i would like to continue tomorrow but i was thinking.How long does it take before the exercise looses its effect, lets say if i do the exercise for a three months period.thanks hope you guys can understand my question.Aside this dumb question i have another questioncan anybody give an accurate answer of how much can i gain in a month if i ssj everyday?:(
 
I think as long as you're getting expansion over your normal levels, then it will last however long until you exhaust that expansion. Basic/regular jelqs can/will only do so much for you until you have to up your routine to a more advanced one.

Not a dumb question.

Nobody can really tell you how much you will gain in a month though. Just have to get that first month in and try to gauge how much you might gain for the months after that, which can give you a little data to base future gains off of. That doesn't factor in a plateau or anything like that.

i think its fairly limitless cos you can just get stronger and exert more force into the squeeze. as for gaining, as smerc said no one will be able to tell you this, it depends completely on your genetics aswell as how much effort you put into p.e. however, if you are consistent and doing intense workouts, the gains should be there in no time

This is the truth. Most guys will never use all the strength they can doing the SlowSquahJelq, it would just be too intense. I think the SSJ can be used through the entire PE process. If gains slow just apply more force to the compression.

and as you gain, amount of blood used goes up aswell, so the force will always be there to expand the tissue
