I've heard so much praise for SSJ's. Just wondering though...when i'm clamped off and creating that much pressure, I always get a little spooked that a vein or something is going to rupture. I mean, in reality, we don't know the actual pressure capacity of the inner "equipment" we have. This endeavor is still in it's infancy really. Anyone worry about "blowing" something because of too much pressure?

Here's the difference:

If the veins in your penis ruptured, it could ruin your life. I don't know what "ripping your shoulders off" means, but I just don't agree that it's the same.

At the very least there are huge numbers of anecdotal examples of what approximate squat weight someone should use (if you want to use that example). Look at numerous people at gyms. Listen or read discussions about max weights vs. bodyweight etc.

With this, it's totally different. There's no real "guage" of pressure for this. There are no weight plates to add up. There's no medical data as to the "lbs./sq. inch" or pressure that penile veins or arteries can hold.

That's my point. I have been learning by doing just like everyone else. I'm just saying that sometimes it's a bit spooky. In all honesty, we're all just experimenting hoping nothing "blows".
 
The main 'injuries' I've seen in 10 years or so of being around the community are thrombosed veins, usually from over-zealous jelquing. Otherwise, the occasional rupture of some capillaries in the urethra are also fairly common. The penis seems fairly resilient from the testimonies of probably thousands of men I've read over the years and based on my own 'hands on' experience. The only major injury I've seen report was from a man who had some mental instability issues and did not seem to know when to stop. He would hang for a few hours a day, then do some intense girth work, then hang some more. He was basically over fatiguing/working the tissues of his penis and he ended up tearing one side of his tunicae if I recall correctly. Otherwise, I've never seen (again out of THOUSANDS of men over a DECADE) major injuries.

I agree 100% and this has been my experience. As a matter of fact I think my frenulum rip was the biggest injury I have seen in Penis Enlargement.
 
Thanks guys. I guess I get a little spooked because my unit has some big veins. When under pressure, (i.e. clamping) I feel like the veins are definitely experiencing "more than normal" pressure. Just never knew if anyone ever had one "blow".
 
Check out what happens with bodybuilders and the effects of Nitirc Oxide Boosters, its a similar affect of large viens in the arms and chest as well as all over the body due to the the enlargement of blood cells and the amount of oxygen they soak up. This is something I've experienced first hand currently in my workouts.

Good analogy
 
The first two weeks of doing the correct SSJs I've experienced extreme amounts of pain. It stopped once I started doing it at 50 to 80 percent erection. Full on force 100 percent doesn't do me any good unless It's on a good day.

With me it is always 100% when I start and it subsides to 90% after a few moments of training.
 
Guess I have to toughen up my unit a bit, because I've been getting some pretty good feedback from the exercise.
