I've been reviewing the principles of SRT, and I have basically decided to take the gains the remaining length gains that I am looking for (3''), and do it in the shortest amount of time.
As I understand it, the basic components of any length routine are:
Expressive Stretching
Ligamental Stretching
Tunica Deformation/"Stretching"
(And then healing in the elongated state, and so on.)
I am looking for the components to put together a full day of SRT for maximum length, with training while sleeping.
Are these the sessions (and devices) that I would be looking at for a full routine?

AM -- Ligament and expressive stretching w/ LengthMaster + Active Training With Size Genetics (~ 4 Hours or So)
Rest of Waking Day + Night -- Phallosan Forte for wake + sleep, and passive gains.
(In total, this is probably 16 hours in the Forte, 4 Hours in the SizeGenetics, and would be up to two hours of stretching, at maximum.)

I did not include kegels in the routine, as those can be performed at multiple times, and so on.
Would the above be a very good template to work off of for achieving such gains, picking the appropriate exercises/intensities for each modality and so on?
