DLD:

I've been reviewing the principles of SRT, and I have basically decided to take the gains the remaining length gains that I am looking for (3''), and do it in the shortest amount of time.

As I understand it, the basic components of any length routine are:

Expressive Stretching
Ligamental Stretching
Tunica Deformation/"Stretching"

(And then healing in the elongated state, and so on.)


I am looking for the components to put together a full day of SRT for maximum length, with training while sleeping.

Are these the sessions (and devices) that I would be looking at for a full routine?

AM -- Ligament and expressive stretching w/ LengthMaster + Active Training With Size Genetics (~ 4 Hours or So)

Rest of Waking Day + Night -- Phallosan Forte for wake + sleep, and passive gains.

(In total, this is probably 16 hours in the Forte, 4 Hours in the SizeGenetics, and would be up to two hours of stretching, at maximum.)

I did not include kegels in the routine, as those can be performed at multiple times, and so on.

Would the above be a very good template to work off of for achieving such gains, picking the appropriate exercises/intensities for each modality and so on?
 
Yeah it's a good template but make sure that it's something close to what you're doing as a routine right now. You shouldn't make big jumps. So please take caution and make sure its something you can handle. Lets see what others have to say.
 
The idea is not to make big jumps, the idea is just to identify that components of a maximal routine, and then work up in a distributed manner.

-- In other words, to do a variation of all three components, and increase them in intensity, rather than go all out on one of them.
 
I would use the SG through the day , imo the SG is more powerful,you can get a much better stretch ..and use the phallosan only at night.

Your routine seems great) it will definitely give you fast results. You are literally not giving your member any chance to turtle) only one thing you may add, just do 10 mins of bundled a-stretch and right after that, 15 mins of bm, for me it's the best way to increase the elasticity of the tunica)
 
Sounds good. Create the phallogenetics, wear that for as long as you can until night time and return to the PF for nighttime. While in the PF/SG, do the twists like Sir Jake shows. You will stay in a fully malleable state all day and create gains on a constant basis. I like your idea and routine.

That routine up there is a killer routine, I just wonder if he was consistent enough. A lot of people have the right devices but failed to use it.

I'm guilty of being one of those ppl ((in the past))....but it takes serious commitement to do a routine like that, EVERYDAY WITH FEW OR NO REST DAYS!

If you don't fight the spirit, 10 years would go by and you would still be at the same size. I bought my first size genetics extender back in 2008 and till this day I've not been able to get to my dream size, why? Because I always quit after a short while. Do not let life get in the way of your routine. It's mandatory to brush your teeth daily whether you are depress or not. I now use same principle for PE. Depression or no depression, I'm training and avoiding women at all cost for now.
