Tonight I was doing my jelqing routine which lately has been getting harder to feel fatiqued but I still love it. At the end I thought, "maybe I'll try a couple of SSJ's to finish off my routine". I tried doing them a while ago but I wasn't doing them right and therefore didn't like 'em. Tonight I got a little bit carried away with how much expansion I was getting and kept doing themLMAO Now my dick is all bruised but damn it feels good. How many times do you think people give up on a certain exercise because they're doing it wrong and don't "feel the burn"? I'm glad I tried them again as they will now be a permanent
part of my girth workout.

Yup, the best GIRTH exercise ever, the expansion is unparalleled by anything.

I am surprised that other members don't talk about the power of SSJ, they are the best girth exercise I have ever done. I have found it hard pressed to develop an exercise, for girth, that can compete with the SSJ.

I do some SSJs after my set of Jelqs.
 
It's not really that difficult to do them! Jelq up with bottom hand, push down with a slight bend with palm, either up or down.
 
These are rather like Horse440's. In fact, Im not sure exactly how they differ. There is a video of SWM performing Horse440's available at MyNewSize.
 
I have better results inverting the hands. I take my penis like an Uli.

Essentially you are clamping the base of the penis with the right hand (or left if you're left handed) and you attempt to kegel as much blood into the penis as possible, and then clamp off the base again. At this point you are fully engorged and have a ton of blood inside the penis. Once you have this accomplished you take the opposite hand and press down into the head of the penis, attempting to flatten it out as much as possible. While pressing down with the opposite hand you then slide the base hand towards that hand. This causes a huge overload of internal pressure expanding the chambers to huge proportions, in comparison to other exercises. Continue to press the hands towards each other until the hands can no longer hold, usually a minute or so.

This is the SSJ and it is incredibly powerful. I have issues with bruising, and the first time I did the SSJ I was bruised for about a week to 10 days. The expansion is incredible but expect to have some bruising because the internal pressure is extremely high with this particular exercise. This is probably one of the only manual exercises that I'd say you have to be really careful with because injury risk is very high.

There is a thread here somewhere with picture instructions but you have to search for it.

Not like an Uli, but I mean grip the base like you do when doing uli and not like jelq. For me it gives more strenght on grip and of course a better final result in exercise.
